Prior to the latest update you could save pictures with a single tap. Now I have to share the pictures to "upload to photos", which is much more cumbersome than it needs to be.

I remember when my pictures were at a resolution worth saving.

I just sent a complaint about this to BBM support. It is super annoying.

Not sure why people are so willing to say BlackBerry10 is EOL but don't say that about BBM. Maybe it's just me but BBM seems quite dead as well.

Remember when BBM was actually user friendly and didn't look cartoonish?
When it was actually the best "messaging" app?
Emtek is letting it rot. Let's see how long before Indonesia gives up on BBM as well.
If BBM enterprise was for a one time fee, I'd switch today.

It's not dead but it's not like it once was. Much like everything else BlackBerry failed to innovate and grow. What is the benefit of BBM over Whatsapp, Telegram, Signal, etc.?

Other than timed messages and retract (I can't speak for anything but Whatsapp as I don't use the others) there isn't anything. And other than using timed messages by accident, those two features aren't used by myself or the 2 contacts I have.

Then give it man. You gave them $15-$20/month for BIS access back in the day which included BBM.....

See the good thing about BIS was it was through the carrier.
Not the case with BBM enterprise.

Are we talking about BBM Enterprise or BBM Protected? BBM Protected is $29.99 USD/year. BBM Enterprise; however, requires you to rent a BES server. The cost of which is not readily available unless you contact their sales department.

At least, I've searched high and low and have not been able to locate the cost associated with BBM Enterprise.

What's the difference? You offered to give them one time payment. You'd give them same payment info one time or recurring monthly. I'm merely pointing out how inexpensive the solution is.

Not true. I'm using BBM Enterprise only--two licenses for use on two Passports. No BES server. Just the same as when I was using BBM Protected. Actually, BBM Protected became BBM Enterprise, though BBM Enterprise has been changed a great deal over what it was when it was BBM Protected (no channels, no enhanced groups, etc.).

I'm not sure how anyone can purchase BBM Enterprise now. At least I couldn't tell you how. When I first bought BBM Protected licenses I did it online at BlackBerry. Then a few months before it was to expire, BlackBerry contacted me by email and asked if I wanted to continue. I did, and BlackBerry gave me instructions on how to pay. That's all I know.

Ahh OK. Makes sense why there's no information available for Enterprise.

How's it cumbersome? Recurring is automatic. You don't have to do anything ?
