I have a friend who has a z30 100-2 model and ran the z30 Global autoloader file and now every time he tries to connect to BlackBerry Link in his PC, it tries to update BlackBerry blend and won't connect to the link software.

I wouldn't think it would be a USB driver issue because the autoloader function worked, so he is stumped. I suggested getting the latest link software from the BlackBerry website and re install it on his PC, anybody else have this issue?

I did. When the pop up comes up to install blend, just tell him to install drivers only.

I also needed the latest version of LINK which I didn't have, and then it worked.
