Upgraded my z30 with sachesi software installed fine but now nothing works, the install went fine though
    I see under software update 10.3.1.1581 (which i heard it's OS 2267)

    -keyboard clicks but nothing appears
-press the phone icon nothing happens
-open the camera get error msg that my software version is not compatible i need to upgrade
    -hub is completely black
    -can't open txt messaging
-battery drains at a rapid rate

Before doing the upgrade I did a full backup then a security wipe to start clean
    What gives

    What I did
Tried resetting the phone with the power button and with the up and down volume same results on both
    What gives

Many are having problems with any of the "upgrade" methods, including Sachesi. I am recommending at this point only AutoLoader to install this OS.

    Good luck!

Hmm, maybe you installed debrick instead of upgrade. I had the solid black hub thing before when I installed the wrong on file. I used debrick instead of upgrade. Just a thought, I am not sure though.

I've had trouble with Sachesi myself in the past and have had much better success loading leaks via auto loaders. The 10.3.1.2267 OS that I installed on Z30 appears flawless. I always recommend a complete OS wipe and new OS install. It's a pain, but well worth it in my opinion.

OMG that did it....even the phone started cooling off
The autoloader was quick simple and so far all is good... gonna restore some of my stuff and see how that goes

Well done. Excellent! Watch closely after the restore though...in rare situations, if the backup was done with some corruption in the system, that corruption can be reintroduced via the restore. I, for one, rarely restore at all..it takes a little time to reinstall all apps, reconfigure all settings, and reconfigure all accounts, but sometimes the result is "cleaner". See how it goes, and you now know how to quickly fall back to a "clean" condition at any time.

I did a sachesi update on my z10 which was on 2072 and it was flawless no issues.

I then did the same thing on my z30 and while everything worked I notice a bit of lag switched screen when having active frames open.

Going from 10.2.1 to 10.3.1 I think was the issue and I recommend the autoloader route which I did the following day.

Everything runs great now on the z30.

Not sure where the security wipe idea came from, but while I've been told it's can't hurt, I'd recommend against it. Especially doing a nondestructive upgrade. Totally defeats the purpose.

Well i did a custom restore and so far all is good, emails, sms, contacts, calendar didn't bother with the android apps
    Thanks fellas

PS is it normal for the phone to be a bit laggy right after OS install, it seems to be getting a little faster after 30 min or so playing with it but 10.2.1 was flying compare to this

    Yes that is normal.

It will take a few hours to a day to settle down.

I always advise 48-72 hours to allow it to settle down, after any OS change regardless of method used. And with a few reboots during that time period also.

But starting fresh and from scratches has always brought to perfection.

Exactly, people complain about battery life, temperature, and frenzy screen straight after they've load their OS...lol
