Forgot to mention, a co-worker just bought a Z after liking mine and we were messing around with NFC and found that mine wouldn't send or receive files consistently. I was able to receive a file once but then it wouldn't work at all afterwards. I'll test it out on this leak and see if its working again.

I reverted to 2009. This load was stable but I could not resolve the battery drain problems to my satisfaction.

So far I've had 3 nights with v2342. So far I've had NO REBOOTS. Prior OS v1880 did have reboots for me. Thanks for the very fine update! I know it is still early with v2342, but it looks very good so far!

I'm reverting to 2009 RIGHT Now. I removed all accounts from my phone and turned off all radios and let it sit there. The only thing open was battery guru. It was spiking from .02 to 0.8W's just idling. Something is definitely wrong with this build. This about 20 minutes after rebooting the phone and only thing that had been opened was battery guru and the settings to turn off all the radios.

I was having Battery issues with this leak. I tried different radios and seemed to help a bit, but drain was too fast for my liking. With 2342 installed for a few days I did a security wipe this morning. I also flashed the official 1721 radio file this time. Well I've had better way battery life on my Z10. Perhaps, as suggested, as many times that I have flashed new OS's on my Z10 some remnants from previous OS's were causing the battery drain. I've sideloaded all 22 android apps I usually install, plus the usual BB10 apps I install as I do every time. I'm on Bell Mobility and using exclusively HSPA+(on grandfathered unlimited data plan). I will monitor and update later on.
Here is battery drain starting from 100% at 2 pm yesterday. I also forgot to mention the only data I restored was Media data. I think after you load this OS a security wipe will definitely help. I may try a different radio file, but I think the security wipe helped with the battery drain.

I initially had very bad battery drain. (Verizon Stl-004). I loaded the radio from 2009 and now battery is good. No reboots as well. I did have a reboot with straight 2009.

Stl-2, OS 2342, Radio 1881, moderate use (a few call, sms n email), wifi on, skype run on the background, battery diminished on the average of 7% per hour.

The conditions almost the same as above, but with 1721 radio, battery drain on the average of 4% per hour. I definitely stick with this one for a while

So even with radio .1881 I'm losing 10% battery per hour at idle.

It actually charged to 100% and lost 1% per 3 hours while plugged in. Don't understand that one.

I wonder if it's your battery... but that would be surprising considering this is a fairly new device, and that you've seen better performance before these leaks. Do you have a spare battery you can swap out and try? Your issue seems to be a tricky one to nail down.

I went back to 10.1.0.1880 for now. That's what I was on before all these issues. I do have a spare battery, but I'm gonna save it for now. See how this build reacts for a second time.

Settings -> Security and Security wipe is one of the options, the rest is self explanatory.

I am noticing two VERY big improvements over the last three days since installing this O.S.:
*** The Random overnight reboots have STOPPED!! I'm not saying this is THE fix, it is simply what has worked for ME to this point. My last O.S. was one of the earliest 10.1 leaks. I had reboots EVERY NIGHT between 3:30AM and 4:45AM like clockwork. They have now STOPPED (so far; fingers crossed)

*** My battery drain is LOWER; should increase battery life. Before THIS OS, my usual "standby drain" was -0.2 Watts. It is now -0.1 Watts. That should make a difference, especially with standby time. I haven't kept any real records onn this yet.

So, overall I am VERY pleased with this leak. As a side note, I run A LOT of Android side loaded apps. They do not seem to be affecting phone operation in any negative way.

I must be the only one with this problem but with this leak and running. 1917 radio files on a Verizon Wireless -4 phone, I'm getting constantly dropped calls. Often it will say no service. Other calls just go straight to voice mail. I've never had this on another version. Any thoughts?

Did security wipe last night, and now my browser hangs up like yours le sigh.....
it's just stuck at the page opening about 80% can't reload or had to close the browser.

Edit: I toggle the flash and accept cookies switch then close the browser, now browser is normal.

On the plus side, after the wipe I did get my LTE back no more 4GLTE on display

    An observation:

I've been following these leak threads on CB from OS 6, OS 7, 10.0 and 10.1, having installed a large number of them, successfully and happily, along the way, and I'm extremely grateful to people like lbfe and Kris for the huge amount of work they put into these.

Fifty one pages and 1272 posts later on this leak, I don't recall having seen a major leak with this much of a mixed reaction, solving some users' problems which others don't have, and creating problems some haven't had before. I realize that we are dealing with many carriers and a variety of radios, if not different basic hardware between -2, -3 and-4, but it's still hard to understand how things can be so varied among users.

I am still using 1880 on my Z10 100-3, AT&T, a great leak, in my opinion. The only problems I know I have with this leak are the occasional reboot (once every few days, at most) and the wi-fi lock issue, or whatever it's called, in which I have to turn off wi-fi and reset it again, an annoying but not a fatal problem.

Altogether, if I were told that 1880 were the final OS before 10.2, with (hopefully) new features like better Android apps compatibility, more extensive notification controls, stable contacts and linking, headless apps, and the like, I would be OK with that.
