are you sure? I think it turned off once without rebooting.. i'll test it out. never knew that
Yes, this is correct. It's a known issue that the Rotation Lock doesn't stick between reboots. However, it should turn itself off on its own without a reboot.

(There were reports of Rotation Lock turning off on its own on OS builds much lower than what almost all of us are using now but if you're on anything above 10.0.10.0, it definitely shouldn't be happening.)

Is MMS working for people on this leak?
Some people are experiencing issues with MMS but those are cleared up after a Security Wipe and performing a Restore again. Please see commentary and solutions upthread.

I just did the security wipe on the latest leak and just finished restoring and my mms is back up and running. I think I'll Just live with the battery on this leak. No more messing around with radios for this guy. Maybe lol

I have to say that I was a bit skeptical about the battery life on this leak but my Z10 seems to have settled nicely and battery life is starting to look better than .1880. I'll give it a few days to confirm but I'm feeling good about this one. The OS is running very smooth as well and I don't have any MMS or browser issues either. I'm on Rogers.

My battery usage today, first real full day with this build. Off the charger at 8:00am... 40% left by 10:43pm. Medium to light usage during the day... on wifi for most of the day, casual BBM/Groups, WhatsApp/Groups, 50 or so emails, some texting, a few FourSquare checkins when we were out during the day, Wifi and BT on the whole time. I had 6 active frames open the whole time (BBM, WhatsApp, BeBuzz Pro, BeWeather Pro, Battery Guru and Lockscreen Wallpaper).

    Not too shabby.

EDIT: That works out to roughly 3.6% per hour.

I put the radio from 2009 on top of this and that seems to have stopped the battery drain problem. That can be flashed non-destructively, which is nice.
Apologies for not having read through all the posts, but how did you do the radio flash?

Hey just wanted to add my 2 cents here. Fantastic upgrade. Did the security wipe before the restore and great battery life on the 1st day. I'd say moderate to heavy use I got 13.5 hours til I killed it playing Hill Racing and buttery smooth to boot. Don't see any issues so far. Also never had any reboots with any version. Thanks again guys (Kris and lbfe) ..real sweet release. And no change on the radio required .. I'm on Rogers.

I did a security wipe and restore on 1916 and it did not bring back MMS.

It was... then I stupidly decided to swap out the radio file, and now it isn't.

I've now lost my carrier's MMS specific APN settings, and there's no way or nowhere to reinput them.

Also my Mobile Network screen has completely changed, from this...

Same happened to me, It somehow weirdly switched to letters and unlocked APN (for the first time ever) and seeing 3G/4GLTE signal instead of usual 4G/LTE terminology and since then MMS is not working. I'm loading 2342 now to see if it's the same.

If your on Rogers go to hub - settings - text message - advanced. Check to make sure the service number is still in place. (SMS / MMS share same number)

Kris, just loaded 2342, I can confirm that everything is back to normal BEFORE a restore. I'm seeing LTE, APN is locked and MMS work. Now to see after restoring data...

After looking through my mega account, this notice was for my 10.1.0.2009 upload, maybe sensing this is 100% Verizon's OS and they're going to release it soon?
This sounds more Verizon type to do it and not BlackBerry, So most probably it's the real Verizon 10.1 OS

I had this problem with a few of the leaks. For some reason you have to wait for several hours before you can successfully add a yahoo account. Going through the browser as it suggests will not make a difference. I have several Yahoo accounts and was sick of not being able to re-add them after installing a new leak, so I just got an Outlook account and had all my Yahoo accounts forwarded to this account. The Outlook account is much better as it works with push and has the "forever" sync available, unlike the Yahoo accounts.
Bizarre as this happened to me as well. (I have a Rogers /Yahoo email account ).

I could not add the email account, so I logged in from the z10 browser, then went back to add account and it worked.

Apologies for not having read through all the posts, but how did you do the radio flash?
    It's very simple.

Download the radio file you want from the post that Kris created and then it runs just like an Autoloader. No need to do anything to the phone.

Takes all of 1 minute, plus a reboot.

I had to do a battery pull as the phone was getting hot after the flash, but now it seems to be fine.
