    Hi!

First big thanks for leaking with a flow

Anyone with GPS problems since 2342 on the STL-2? Unable to get a proper lock - only cell based/assisted. Worked fine on 1916. Clean startup.

Running 2342 with 1917 radio, on Verizon.

One thing my z10 never did that it does now with 1917 radio. Lock into 3G when in low signal situations. I believe this is the fix for my GMAIL woh's. By locking into 3G I never loose connection long enough for GMAIL IMAP to disconnect.

So unless a leak is specific to Verizon, I will load 1917 radio on top of other OS.

This leak makes my phone work they way it was intended. No reboots at all since yesterday at 7:30am when I installed it. Phone feels a lot cooler to the touch on the back. With stock OS and other leaks it felt hot in the area between sim and sd cards, even when just doing regular things like reading emails - never mind games and stuff. I did not have the nightly reboot last night while charging either. It stayed on bedside mode all night for the first time ever.

Had 2009 and it rebooted twice in 2 hours after I installed it and then repeatedly (as usual) when in use, idle, and overnight on the charger.

2009 was just a bit faster for doing things like opening apps, peek and flow, but I'll take this one because speed doesn't matter if your phone freezes and reboots when you need it.

No problems with mms, email accounts, etc. Clean install, no backup/restore.

Thanks so much for posting this OS!

    On vzw, 100-4.

Loving the leak. Couple of issues I need help/advice on:

    - Tried using the remote access to my cpu. I can pull it up on the file manager; but it just shows a blank screen on my Z with my cpu name at the top. I am logged into BB Link on my cpu also.

    - When I send SMS messages out the phone goes into MMS mode. I tried changing it through the Hub Settings but i haven't found how to stop it.

I tried searching the thread but didn't really see a "this is how you fix it" reply. Any help/advice given would be appreciated. Other than that I'm enjoying the leak.

do a battery pull...fixed it for me...went from sideload to official for future update purposes with this leak only as it's the same Skype version from BBRY now...after battery pull, works on both wifi and cellular...before the battery pull it would get stuck at 89% loading on cellular and wouldn't login over wifi

MMS doesn't work after installing this version. Network shows 4GLTE.
Did security wipe, network goes back to 4G.
Restore everything again, network goes back to 4GLTE again. MMS still broken.

The backup was created from 1880

    I am thinking about:
    1. Going back to 2009, or
    2. wipe it again and restore settings only to find out if that's what caused the problem.

Wow, just found out from 2009 leak thread that 2009 has the same problem.... looks like wiping it again is the way to go... if all fails, at least I can go back to 1880

I know this is completely inconclusive, but I was very pleased to see that after installing 10.1.0.2342 I woke to a phone that had not rebooted in the early hours of the morning. This has happened every night for quite a while now.
Now two consecutive nights reboot free! I may use my phone as an alarm clock again tomorrow.

1.uninstall and then reinstall BlackBerry Link
2.delete all texts then do a restart(not as sure about this one as I am with #1)

lbfe - you rock!! I have this version on my Z10 now for about 24 hours. No application issues at all, mind you I am not a sideload kind of person. Skyped with my brother in Holland for about an hour, the phone is still getting pretty hot. I know as soon as this happens there is battery drain. Got roughly 15 calls, answered email and retired for the night - charged and woken up by the alarm. That worked too - did not need to do a security wipe, but after Kris was mentioning it I will do it the following leak. As of version 1880 I noted that the backup of the system runs much faster! Wireless sync is working like a charm, purchases are working, radio is showing 4GLTE - yah... QUALITY product. Keep up the great work. Backup time = ~6 minutes!! Before roughly 20 minutes.

Hey Kris, first off thanks for your superb work in getting these leaks out and your tremendous support to the members of the forum!

Forgive me, I know I read it somewhere before, but this thread is very popular and as a result VERY LONG. I have this build installed on two -3s in the house. The things I've noticed are the battery drain (mainly) and MMS doesnt work, but we dont really use MMS, so no big deal if it works or not. Otherwise, this build works best in all other areas for the wife and I. I did the upgrades the usual way, download, backup, install, restore, battery pull, so here's what I want to know:

    1. I recall you said you swapped the radio file with .1880 I think, can you tell me the process for this and does it have less battery drain?
    2. I also recall you recommended a security wipe and restore for the MMS issue, is this recommended to try before step 1 above if the goal is to reduce battery drain? OR is battery drain specific to the radio file version.

    Many thanks in advance!

    .2337 radio

2% loss per hour is what I get too, and it's the lowest drain of any build since I got the phone. Lowest previous was 5% an hour.
