hi, I'm using a z-10-stl-100-1 running 10.3.2.0680. I am part of the beta programme but since the day i downloaded this os from the beta zone my z-10 has been acting completely crazy. for example my battery takes a whole night to charge upto 40% (i thought its a battery problem and bought a new battery but the problem persist), my camera stopped working and its displaying an error like "camera cant be started". evwn my torch stopped working. not able to take a screen shot too to explain my problems.and finally the worst part is battery drains like crazy the second i remove the phone from the charger- almost 10% a minute and phone becomes super hot.i wiped my device once but in vain. Can anyone suggest me any ideas,? should i use an autoloader? is there any way to go back to the official os? please help!

Sadly once you are are the 10.3.2.680, there is NO turning back. You can NOT downgrade. I'm not sure about your issue, but I would suggest trying to use an autoloader to see if it helps.

What OS I'm on is my business, get off my .... !

Yup guess my only choice is using an autoloader. I'm surprised no one else has any issues with 10.3.2.680. I guess I'm just unlucky

Since you're officially part of the beta, I hope you discussed this there and received some recommendations, which you merely forgot to mention. I for one would be interested in knowing their feedback.

BTW - What is device monitor indicating has been consuming so much power?

STL100-1 /dev alpha b, running 10.3.2.680. It is working fine. I would suggest autoloader.

I have stl100-4 on. 680 I am facing two problems
1- battery timing is worst as compared to 10.3.1
2- phone is extremely laggy sometimes

Other than that I'm facing none of your problems. Knowing the fact that I can't go back, just patently waiting for an official update

Edit- OK so I autoloaded the is again. Have to wait and see about the battery drain as it's still indexing. As for the camera it's still not working. Still unable to take a screen shot and my media card ain't working. I guess something is wrong with my device hardware. Guess it's time for a z30

May be worth your while to remove the SD card and do a hard reset. See if your problems persist without the SD card inserted.

I use sync manually only on my account contacts, it will avoid excessive PIM services and duplicates. This normally drains a lot of battery after autoloader.

Before doing a restore of all your data, try this:
-Download SEC multi wipe, plug your phone into your PC and run the program (warning: will wipe your phone COMPLETELY)
-once complete, run your auto loader until process is finished
-start up BlackBerry link, make sure phone is connected, then hit "reload" button. This will reload the software on your phone and hopefully get rid of the issues occurring.

Regardless of whether this process works, go to BlackBerry beta zone app on your phone and make sure there's no other updates for the OS on there. Also, go to your phone settings>software updates>check for updates. I'm not part of the beta program for 10.3.2 but I installed a leak on my PP and when I checked for updates I got a supplemental update on there (~280kb) which was some sort of media .bar. Camera working great here, btw.

    Hope this helps!

I've got the same battery issues on my Z10. Unplugged at 7am and now i was under 20%. I am going to autoload back to 10.2.2 and then bring it back to a more stable OS. 10.3.2.500 was the start of the issue. .680 didn't help.

I've had the battery drain issues as well on my z10/4 since going to .500. I had initially done the blitz but after a couple weeks tried the autoloader to see if that resolved it but it did not. I blitzed to .680 about a week ago and the battery is still terrible.

Weird. I have a kind of reversed experience with this leak. I updated my z10 to *.680-version. My z10 was charged yesterday and there is still no need to charge it. Anyone else experiencing this with a Z10?

Had a 10.3.1 leak before and battery life was catastrophic.

OK guys it's been two days since I autoloaded the os again. Battery drain issue is a thing of the past. However my phone doesn't seem to recognise my sd card and my camera doesn't work. I'm beginning to wonder if it's a hardware problem.wish I could take a screen shot of the problems I'm facing.

I remember sometime ago with certain 10.2.1 leaks I and many others faced this problem, I got to a point where I thought it was hardware related.

But it's not, wait for few autoloaders to come, it will fix the problem, the moment you capture your screen or start camera I think the memory shoots up and there is no memory left for camera to start.
There used to be a work around, I think was to remove memory card n battery for a while
