I may have found a bug with this. When I try to go to settings in the phone, the screen just goes to gray and seems to freeze. I am on a Verizon STL-100-4 and I replaced the radio with 1917 after finishing the installation. Anyone else have this problem?
Happens with me as well. i also noticed it in the hub when opening a new email... stalls for a sec then opens it.

so whats the correct install procedure if coming from 2354 via a sachup upgrade?
This was my procedure on my Verizon Z10 (STL100-4) after the autoloader and email ibar files were downloaded onto my laptop:

    1. Connected to BBLink and backed up
    2. Shut down BB link and ran mash-up autoloader
    3. After phone rebooted, loaded up the 1917 radio file
    4. Went into settings/security and put the phone in development mode
    5. Launched sachibar and loaded up the two ibar email files
    6. Shut down sachibar after operation was completed for both files
    7. Sideloaded all my Android ports (RedBox, Orbitz, Amazon MP3, Pandora)
    8. Took phone off development mode (stay connected to the computer)
    9. Went into BBWorld and reloaded all my apps
    10. Restored everything from BBLink (always do this AFTER reloading the apps)
    11. Rebooted the phone

Note that some of the apps required to be launched a few times before they settled. For example, I have side-loaded the Orbitz app and it crashed a few times before settling down and launching without any issues. Pandora no longer works but I do have Apollo which used the Pandora feed anyways. I did run into the issue (again) of text messages displaying phone number and contact name thus resulting in duplicate messages being sent in existing conversations. Still haven't figured out a workaround to that barring the deletion of all existing conversations.

Battery life is great and the connection to the Verizon network from inside my home is better (three bars as opposed to one). Calls and crystal clear now and haven't had a dropped one with this new configuration. Browser is wicked fast and apps boot up more quickly. So far, this is the best leak yet (for me anyways...) even though it uses three different components (2354 OS, 1917 Radio and 4285 Apps). Too soon to tell whether it will last without any major issues.

STL100-1 uses a different processor than the others. It's not a preferential issue for Kris. It's availability. He works on the leaks that he can get. The ones for 100-1 are just less frequent than the others since 2, 3 and 4 are interchangeable.

Hey Kris, It's asking me for a decryption key when i try to download the autoloader. Can you please let me know what it is?

So first off huge props goes out to DarcyTallGuy for finding this awesome work around. Now we won't have our device OS showing 4285, it'll still be 2354 with 2355 radio, HOWEVER, the way Darcy built this autoloader (and yes autoloader only for ease of use), was using all THREE signed files, so we can have a working Phone utility, along with all the updated OS apps, like Facebook and it's new snazzy look at version 10.1.0.88 instead of the original version on 2355 bringing 10.1.0.78.

I'm still in the process of downloading Darcy's autoloader, and will run it on my Z, followed by uploading to mega for everyone to download so it doesn't swamp Darcy's personal Dropbox account.

Now as per usual with all autoloaders.

We are not responsible for any damage done to your device. Take the following steps to install this loader.
    1. As always back up device
    2. Download and Extract EXE file
    3. Run EXE file with phone connected and Link turned off
    4. Restore (if needed)
    5. Enjoy your new Frankenstein Hybrid

To fix the email issue, download the link below, extract and run the Sachibar. Enable Dev Mode on device, drag and drop bar files into Sachibar, and let it install. You will now have email.

Now don't forget to go here and give Darcy mad props for all his hard work. I expect to see him at the top of that thanked list for the next few days people.

Battery pull did not solved this issue for me. But it solved an issue with my BBM channels which were not restored. After a battery pull they appeared again. The phone settings bug is the only one I found so far, everything else is really great, so this hybrid is a keeper as I do not use this phone settings menu anyways.

Depends i always try every leak because for me its for fun, for me this is the smoothest one so far, only thing ( that someone mentioned earlier ) is that when youre in the phone app and go to settings in the phone app, it freezes and you have to reboot youre BB to make the phone app work again, Sachibar is easy to do no worry's about that

I can't figure out the sachibar thing. Do I just run it the same as the auto loader or do I need a program for it.
