I was nosing around app world and found this app Torque Pro OBD2, which seems to connect with and display data from your vehicle's computer.
Torque Pro OBD2 - BlackBerry World
they comment: "Please note you need a specific WiFi OBD2 adapter to use with the BlackBerry (one that supports infrastructure mode) until they (Blackberry) update their software to include bluetooth support"

Anybody know whether the latest leak includes this support or have heard when this update may be coming.

    Thanks

    The WiFi one works.

I have the PAID version of the app on Android, but I refuse to buy it twice as the dev does not allow cross-overs (no longer have an Android device) so I don't know if it's fixed in 10.2.1. The answer should be yes (I do have a Bluetooth ELM dongle) but unfortunately I cannot verify it as I already bought a license and am not going to buy another one....

After you pair your blue tooth in bbos load torque. Then go to the settings and choose it

Would love to try this app. Blue tooth is now working? Or is Wifi the safer option? I stream blue tooth audio in my car and don't know if it will support streaming both at the same time. Anyone confirm this?

Bluetooth works. I do not know if it will stream in the car at the same time (I don't have a bluetooth-capable streaming head unit), but I have checked it while on a call, and it was able to maintain the OBD link and run a call to my headset at the same time.

It should be able to. Blue tooth by nature supports multiple streams

Ideally stuff like that will work without a need for an app, that makes it truly platform independant though it does require more capabilities on the OBD hardware side of things... For VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda and modern Bentley models there is a nice alternative on the horizon.

Since the Z30 has USB Host Mode, anyone know if Torque will work with a USB OBD II adapter on a Z30? I see in the print screen above USB is one of the supported connection types.

It does work over blue tooth.

    Has since. 1055

    I use it regularly.

And yes, you can use it and stream a music at the same time. Also I take calls on my head unit while it is running and works no problem.

I found a Bluetooth OBD II adapter on Amazon for about $12 which says it works with Torque. I ordered one.

I have the kiwi blue tooth adapter and leave it run 24/7 on my car. You can only sync to obdii if the car is on so it doesn't hurt
