    Done it again....
Once I disable my data services my wifi connects immediately.
When I turn them on I get the wifi connectivity error.

What in the world is my Data connection doing with wifi connectivity?
So now I play switching on and off the wifi connection by using the data services selector.

Edit: problem solved by itself hopefully not temporarily, yet the question remains.
Why the data services mess with my wifi?

Turn off phone. Pull out battery. Pull sim card. Wait 1-2 minutes. Replace sim and battery. Let phone restart and settle for 5 minutes...keep me posted on results...this has worked for me in the past...

Enabling the wife is never a good idea, she gets enough enabling from her friends.

    And OUT again.
On both my Z10 and Q5.

No BlackBerry services when on wifi.
    Restarted router, switch, both phones.

    Nothing.

    Any ideas?

Maybe if we post region and carrier it will help the guys at BlackBerry address it sooner.

    Hi there,

I'm a Q10 user and having the same problem as above. Started around 13h00 GMT. Also done the suggested solutions with no luck. If it helps, I'm running version 10.2.1.2102 - is it perhaps a BlackBerry issue?

    Country and carrier?

Not thinking though that carriers have something to do with it.

4GEE UK problems persisted all night and went back to normal about 30 mind ago. Right after BlackBerry world's maintenance was complete.
