Can anyone else comment on the existance and dependability of wifi calling (WFC) in 10.3.3? I downloaded and installed the official beta release for my Z30 (STA100-5.Z30.BB10_3_3.10.3.3.498.exe), and popped in both an AT&T and T-Mobile SIM card, but no WFC with the AT&T SIM, and inconsistent WFC with the T-Mobile SIM.

If you installed 10.3.2.2789 or 10.3.2.2813 on your device then you would have gotten usable WiFi Calling on T-Mobile. As far as I know, no AT&T BlackBerry has WiFi calling, and 10.3.3.whatever is broken anyway so it's no surprise it doesn't work for T-Mobile.

Incidentally, there's no way back from 10.3.3, so you'll have to wait for release and hope for the best.

In my experience, WFC wasn't that dependable on T-Mobile with my ShopBlackBerry Z30 for either 10.3.2.2789 or 10.3.2.2813. Sometimes it worked, other times it wouldn't. It seemed, but I can't say definitively, that it wouldn't work when the phone was in standby mode for too long regardless if it was plugged into the wall or not. Is that the case for others? Anyways, I thought I'd give the beta 10.3.3 a try, but sadly no improvement for me. Really hoping the golden release of 10.3.3 will have this worked out smoothly.

Strange to me that more people aren't commenting on WFC working or not for them in the beta 10.3.3 release (maybe not many people are experimenting with it since it can't be rolled back, or not many people in fact use WFC?). In the meantime, can anyone similarly comment on WFC status in 10.3.2.2888?

Or, because it's a developer release, not a beta, and not intended for actual use.

We'll have informed opinions, when the OS is released.
