There seems to be a huge wave of interest in .1052, and largely from those going from 10.2.X to .1052. This seems odd since the official release of 10.3 and 10.3.1 are just around the corner, and, .1052 is not significantly different, in my opinion, over the first 10.3 leak that so many of the "leak happy" crackberry users seemed to have ignored.

I keep reading tons and tons of "bugs" and "issues" with .1052 and I am left thinking these have been known with 10.3 since the first leak. Where have you been?.

Most probably the OS you are using have some bugs too. The bugs that .1052 has can not be considered crucial ones. It is worth trying. And I am sure if you try it you will like it.

This actually is a significant improvement over 10.2.1 and so far, unlike 10.3.0.700, this one has proven to be bug free for me and pretty good battery life! I would guess some issues seen by other people stim from how they installed or restored files...

To answer the question... it's a post 1000 build.

I haven't loaded it yet, but will later today. A lot of us were probably just waiting for a build after 1000 to finally jump in as a daily driver.

I know others have made do with earlier releases on a daily basis, but not all of us have the time to do it right. And there were still things about the earlier leaks (or SDK) that I couldn't do without. So I waited.

Besides, I'm on a Z10, and there will be no "official" 10.3.0 for it. I'd have to wait even longer for 10.3.1 to land.

I'm an AT&T user, so that means about mid-2015, and I am NOT that patient.

I usually wait for the .1000 leak. It usually has a lot fewer bugs and no pins.

Plus being in the US I am just assuming that our roll-out of an OS is two months after everyone else. So not expecting an official for some time now.

People always see posts of "bugs" and "issues" while reading through the thread, especially if they haven't loaded it themselves. This OS is the best 10.3 to date. Nuff said

We are done with 10.2.2. 10.3.1 however should bring dark theme to the hub, which should mean improvement for any Z30 owner. That being said something going gold/stable is always special. However I've noticed some people say they have issues with the resolution on calls for the Z10 so 10.3.0 being built with the passport as it's target is some what a special case...

will wait for 10.3.1 but basically what he said applies. I'm very conservative and like 10.2.2 sorry messed up quote tags for some reason it's raining cats

    I agree.
I actually do not see "tons and tons of bugs" posted. Quite the contrary - what I read from most people who achieved a good install is that it works great. I do see quite a few installation questions. I also see a good number of installation problems, many (but not all) due to lack of understanding of the different installation processes.
Sorry, but I call BS on this thread. :-)

Did you really ever run any older 10.3 version such as 10.3.296 or 10.3.700?

This is the excitement about being able to explore what's to come, I'm sure most whom own BlackBerry devices just get bored of the same old same old ,i know I do I want different, I want change.. like I'm sure most in here do. Bring on those leaks or drop the real thing, it's nice to know we have such great devices we can do what we want with at any given time don't think Apple can offer that not sure about the others device giants.
