Since installing the latest 10.3 OS on my Verizon Q10 (no restore), my BBM calls have been dropping occasionally. When they do this, the call doesn't completely end -- even if I X out the application. I can even see the sensor blinking still to turn off the screen if my face gets close -- even with the app closed. The counter on top of the phone icon on the home screen keeps counting too. The only solution I have found is to restart the phone. That's the only way to get the call to end and to be able to make another.

What can I do to resolve this? Anyone else having this problem? Can I reinstall BBM on the phone using a BAR file?

That might be because 10.3 is currently in Beta state. I think you should probably wait for Official release or try security wipe.
