    Hi Everyone,

I just recently sold my Passport to a person but the Wipe was still running (Wiped via Settings) . However, prior to this, I made sure that I turned off Protect first before even doing and also making sure I removed the device from protect.blackberry.com and even reloading the page to see if I did.

Anyways the person forgot to charge the phone and it died around 96%. When he restarted, the phone inevitably return a bberr message. Can I have him use the Autoloader method to reinstall OS and NOT trip the BBID login page for my user? I haven't experienced this so I don't know if it'll proceed as normal.

As long as you disabled BB Protect before wiping it, it should be fine for them to do a reload and sign in with their BBID.
