I've never been one to use leaks. I have always been satisfied with the official updates, but bb10 is different. 10.1 and 10.2 have some pretty important fixes. AT&T has now made it pretty obvious that they're morons, so it's time for me to start looking at leaks. What's the best leak/hybrid and can I install it straight from 10.0.10.116 or do I have to do something else first?

10.1.0.2354 has been running pretty well for me for a while.

This leak can be installed either as an autoloader (which wipes your phone, so back up before hand) or through Sachibar; both methods are detailed in the post.

10.1.0.2354 gets my vote. Of all the 10.1 OS versions so far that is the best. An autoloader makes installation pretty simple.

The links aren't working. Mega doesn't like to work on my z10 and Google says "File not Found". My computer doesn't have Internet access right now, so if I can't download it with my phone, I'm just screwed for now...

I had 2354 for a few days and had such a glitchy experience with texting and what not. Jumped around a lot and gestures weren't smooth at all.

Second that. T-Mobile user here, and using 2062 build since last night. For the first day, battery life is surprisingly good, everything went smoothly and gps signal is locking super fast, as coming from 4285+10.2.0.228 radio hybrid which I'm having gps issue. Android ported apps also run smoother than 4285 here. For now I'll stick with this until stable 10.2 leak pops out.

EDIT: and fyi, this 2062 build is even better than 2342+1881 and 2354+1881 hybrids, feels more smooth and stable for me.

2354 is the best by far. It ran like a beast for a couple of weeks on my phone and it never crapped out and battery was amazing.

How many of the people recommending 2354 have tried 2062?

Dont be fooled by the amount of people recommending 2354, a vast majority of them probably haven't loaded 2062 as it just leaked yesterday. Take it from an att subscriber who has literally installed every single OS that has been posted on crack berry at least once: 2062 slays all other builds.

The 2354 drained my battery like sun on H2o even after using 1917 radio files with it. I downgraded to the 2009/1917 and it charges my phone within an hour from 20-40% to 95+%. I'm currently on 2009/1881 and is running great.

My problem, with 2062 is the lack of restore ability.

I used 2354 and it was fine, but being leak happy I tried 2062 yesterday and am very happy with it. I think either or will work fine for you. I would stay away from the 10.2 leaks for a while. I tried one and my bluetooth and HUB++ acted up, the bluetooth seriously, appeared to be connected, made calls but no audio. Others had the same problem.

Have tried it several times and it hasn't worked yet. I am going to try another method of restoring just the media and application settings first and then the other as suggested and worked on the 10.2.0.93 update. I was able to restore from 2354

OP, I'd never tried an OS leak before either, but like you, the AT&T mess just had me fed up. That and the Z10 in the house is actually my husband's, whom I'd converted from an iPhone5, and which was starting to reboot more often.

So, I decided to go with 2062 by autoloader based on comments in this thread, and after encountering the infamous texting problems using 2354 by Sachibar. Took me several hours, having never done it before (be aware that just downloading the files from Mega or through Sachup can take an hour), and the device ran quite hot for about 24 hours, but now seems better, and no reboots so far. 10.1 is definitely snappier.

The advantage of going to 2062 from your current AT&T 10.0 is that the restore works just fine, and you could even try 2354 first, just don't do a backup unless you're sure you're going to keep it. My suggestion is to try to text before deciding. Good luck!
