I was just trying to install some android app with sideloader.

Its success. But none of them are running.

I try to figuring out what is happening, and for some reason, i found that i need Debug Token. What is it?

And what is runtime anyway? Where i can get runtime? Is it also contain in leaked os?

None of these other posts are telling you about debug tokens. A debug token can be had by obtaining 2 files from BlackBerry and creating your own token. Search these threads for Debug Token. You can get a cool program from "xsacha" called Android-pak...instructions on how to download and use it from him too. Here is a pic from the inside of my own folder

The 2 .csj files come from Blackberry ( takes about 1-2 hours to receive them in an email)

If you would like to run your sideloads with out having to use a debug token you can install a bar file that overwrites the stock 10.2 locked runtime ( which need a debug token) with an "unlocked runtime" that doesn't need a debug token to run sideloads. Keep in mind still, not all sideloads work with these 2 methods...
    Still stuck? PM me...good luck

While the previous post answer your question,

I would like to add a few links that may give you a even better understanding of what a 'debug token' is:
