    Just a quick question, I installed 10.3 and now Viber isn't connecting, it's the one from bb world.
    I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it allows me to set it up but then says I am not connected.
    Does anyone else have this problem?

    I also had this issue. Solved it by uninstalling Viber and getting the other people to install BBM

    Yes I'm having the same issue Viber and 10.3. This isn't a deal for me since I use BBM and Whatsapp much more.

    Hehe good one lol, if I could get all my contacts to change over to bbm then better all round but they can't see that they don't have the best phone in the world the blackberry z10.

    Nice, the OP is seeking for help and your help was... not so useful. You know a lot of people hate BlackBerry and don't want to deal anything with BB. So BBM is a no go! Viber / WhatsApp covers that part very well in communicating with your friends. You know *** freedom of choice ***. I love BBM and BlackBerry but at the same time I use the applications I am comfortable with. I don't have to convince all my friends to use BBM just because of BlackBerry.

    Thanks it works , i just follow your advice, that means don't use your old viber code, just wait 2 days and restart the process from the beginning, they will send u a new code, and it should grant you access to viber.
