If the watermark is there, it's not that important to me so I didn't check, killing this tread won't help. It's already out on the Internet so it will never go away.

What is a leak id? All I see is a string of numbers. I don't even know what they mean. Can I Snapchat it?

No - you all have it wrong - the OP LIVES in Venice - the canal is leaking into his house - he called in for it to be repaired - that is the ID of the job number.

    Based in that number - he will be waiting a while . . . . .

And maybe that book is printed in the same building in Venice - which would now add totally new meaning to "watermark"

This PIN is just a hexadecimal representation of the serial number (or part of it at least on BB10). If this is the serial number then it also could be the PIN.

1161504680 converted to hex actually works out to a believable PIN number - starts with 453B. I won't reveal the whole thing.

Whether that's accurate or not, I don't know, but the number does work out.
