    Text messages are not appearing in the correct folder. They show up in the hub, but when I go to the text message folder it says there are no entries. I've tried a hard reset, still no go.

    Any ideas?

    I backed up and restored using BlackBerry link. Installed 810 runtime and reloaded my Android apps.

    Rogers z10 - stl3
    Os 10.2 official.

    Yes I did a restore. They show up in the hub but when I go to the text message folder it's blank.

    Also noticed no alerts when I received texts or phone calls. Just appears in the hub.

    ok, sorry for the incorrect description.
    Can we stay on topic though... Is there a solution?
    About to try doing a security wipe and reloading the backup file.

    What is posted at the bottom is an individual's signature......and I have read some funny ones. people can put whatever they want in their signature.

    I would say try reloading the backup once you wipe. It's fixed some stuff for some people.

    Did a security wipe.
    Reloaded the backup Application data first.
    Did a hard reset.
    Then the settings. Then another hard reset.
    All seems to work fine now.
