    I am trying to connect my BBZ3 with my PC. Every leak, but always it showing Reconnect, but I have tried on my friend PC, it is connecting, can u help me, what could be the reason, why I am not able to connect on my Pc, I have tried all the methods like using USB cable, reload desk top blackberry link/ blend, nothing solved my issue., Plz help me, thank u

    I had a similar issue where it just wouldn't connect or it would connect for a bit then say "limited connectivity" and disconnect. I fixed it by running an autoloader update on phone and not doing a restore.

    I had a similar problem on a Windows 8.1 PC using Kaspersky Antivirus. I tried all kinds of different things including disabling Kaspersky to get Blend to work (it was also disabled when I installed Blend). I finally had to totally uninstall Kaspersky Antivirus and reinstall Blend. When I did that, Blend worked fine. I then reinstalled Kaspersky and Blend still worked for me.

    Others have indicated that they had problems with the Windows 8.1 firewall and they have said to make sure all of the "IPv6" and "ICMPv6" core networking selections are enabled if you use the Windows 8.1 firewall.

    Thank for us reply, but I am not running anti virus on my PC, and my friend Z3 blend running well on my PC and on his PC, but my Z3 blend only working on his PC, but not on my PC.

    Try using your friend's pc to connect to your Z3's blend. This way we can rule out that either your Z3 is causing the issue (if it also doesn't work on your friend's PC), or that it is your pc causing the issue (if it does work on your friend's PC).

    Have you tried going to System Settings / Device Connections and delete your computer and then go to Blend. Redo the paring. I had an old paring to a previous version of Blend that caused me a problem.

    Since your friends phone works with blend on your pc and his , I'm guessing it has something to do with your leak. You may have to redo your leak and don't restore or wait for the official

    It definitely sounds like a specific pairing issue, since both PCs can run blend fine with the friend's Z3 and OP's Z3 works with the other PC.

    When you click on the blend menu in the Z3's settings, does it show which PCs are allowed to connect?

    It's probably your windows firewall setting.. search for windows firewall in windows via start menu search for win 7 or general search via win 8. Select edit/change windows firewall settings and enable blackberry peer to peer connection and that should fix the issue. Had a similar issue with my work pc and one moment blend is working and next it isn't because my company's firewall exception list doesn't have blend as a safe app.

    thank to all, but no luck for me, I never restore any thing on my. Z3, every time I start from scratch, here I am posting the screen shots of my mobile/ PC, it s really interesting is that my friend Z3 working with blend on my PC but not mine

    You did try uninstalling BlackBerry desktop software (all of it-- three three check marked options it gives), deleting any BlackBerry virtual network adapters present in your PCs "Networking Adapter" window, restarting your PC, and re-installing it?

    welcome to the club bud. Mine stops at "verifying a secure connection". I can pair up the two just fine and yes i've tried everything from changing bars, trying different OS to reinstalling all blackberry drivers to even trying different computer OS (win7, win8.1 and win10) The first fuse BAR (august) i used for blend worked, then after that nothing.

    I was working with the blend project manager sending him the debug logs but still no solution yet.
