    Unfortunately, as of today, the app no longer works. I just tried to login and was unable to proceed past the upgrade warning. They have now officially blocked this older version, presumably to block BlackBerry users, as well as those running it on rooted Android.

    What's the point? It all falls on deaf ears. The mobile version of the website works fine which suits me.
    Shame on Barclays for leaving us stranded, but it just goes to show they don't really give a sh1t.

    I don't give up easily - that's why! BB10 rules! The mobile is crap when you try and see transactions.

    Just spoke to barclays after losing the latest app and as a multiple account holder with them with several businesses I was extremely disappointed to learn that they have no details what so ever on a new app for blackberry. I spoke to the customer services manager about a separate issue and asked her to check with the relevant people, she called me back and told me that they are currently working on a new windows phone app and there are no plans in the pipeline for any blackberry app

    this is complete different to what they told me................they told me it was been worked on but didn't have a time scale ....the same thing they told me over the last two years

    Even if there was just one customer who used BlackBerry 10, these values talk about understanding their needs which would encompass the need to access Barclays app and they should take that seriously if they are true to their values.. every customer counts not just the majority.

    Valid point but we all know barclays are unlikely to spend money developing an app if can't justify for their own personal gain.

    I would however be interested in how as the minority we can apply pressure from barclays to get a response, I've done the tweets, calls, even one gentleman took part in an online survey (which didn't drum up a lot of votes).. but if there's a way we can use this info to force barclays that would be great.

    What about some kind of marketing harassment not just from only bb10 users but those using rooted devices? That may get more traction?
