Trying to ell my Z10 on 10.3.2. I wiped the phone - no issues. Now I want to remove my BB ID. I turned off protect, and erased all the BB ID info, but it will not let me save without a valid e-mail. I don't want to give my buyer access to any of my BB ID accounts. What do I do?

Login to protect.blackberry.com and remove the device

You have to sign in with your account, then go to blackberry protect, turn it off.

Then you have to security wipe again, but make sure to turn off the kill switch and type in your ID again, then you'll be able to use a new ID when setting it up.

Also go to blackberry protect website and remove it from there.

Or just do a complete wipe and reload from settings and don't login when it's completed.

If you are on 10.3.2.500+, that won't work.

You should be able to just do a full security wipe and that should put it back to factory settings. Don't resetup the device again after. Online you can login using your Blackberry ID and remove the device from your ID. I've done this more than once.
