This really goes to show that everyone's experience is different- first I've heard of this problem, and never experienced it myself (been running this leak since it dropped).

1925 can not even handle longer SMS messages (they come in 2 pieces often 1-2 minutes later) and many other bugs and you want torrent? There are more important things than that. Hope they release 10.3 soon.

Probably because sms is limited to 160 characters.......

it's not a bug, every single cell phone does that. 160 characters per text. Give yourself a nice facepalm. Anyway about that native torrent app on BB10....

We have third party Snapchat, Instagram and Vine developers. Me thinks we should ask a developer nicely to build us a native torrenting app.

i think i've downloaded and tried every torrent app and i can only get ttorrent to work. all the other ones won't even start downloading... the other apps don't have a limit on speeds but ttorrent does unless you buy it...

    anyone else experience this?

I imagine it's the runtime wifi/ cellular not being up to par, this is why we need native among other things

i don't think BBRY nor the dev mentioned the reason why it was pulled, but i have a hunch it has to do with promoting piracy.

Never had a mobile phone where longer text messages, let's say 480 characters arrive in pieces in different times.Could read the whole message with every mobile phone I had before.

new thread direction: how much would you pay for a native torrent app, for example if bittorque (considering the positive reviews on the single released version) were to re-surface on BB World for 7.99 would you grab it? I'd say i'd start off with $5, but if it HAD to be 7.99 i'd take it either way.

Torrent protocol has many legal uses...
Stop being a flameboy and do some research before labeling it as pirate exclusive...
    Protocolism at it's worst...

I'd pay providing I had the BAR file so I don't get ripped off if say BlackBerry pull the app again.
