    Team viewer still not running on this leak also.
    Is there any solution. It was working fine until 10.3.0.xx, but from 10.3.1.xx it's not working.
    When I enter partner ID and tap on "establish connection", it says "could not connect, please check your Internet connection".

    Sic whipped and fresh installed. No restore.

    For me it's the most necessary app.
    Please help if anybody knows the solution for this problem.

    Edit: Allows log in, so network connection error is resolved, however when attempting to connect to my PC, I get an "incompatible version" error - evidently the version I have on my PC is too new.

    Teamviewer10 (the current one available through BBW and Amazon) does not work on the BB10. Hell, it doesn't even work right on some of the Win7 machines I've updated.

    I put in a service ticket on it right when it came out... I was given the run-around by Teamviewer's customer support - and basically blown off.

    There is a serious glitch in the android run-time. I've reverted the computers (and my Z10) back to TV9, and had good luck with it up through the current leaks.

    Went back to teamviewer9 on pc and elder version on cellphone through link posted by mrjmc99. In pc i turned auto aupdate off.

    Its working now.

    The key is really to keep all of your computers/devices on the same version. What I never realized was that all of the prior versions of Teamviewer is actually stored on their site so it makes it very easy for you to revert back to older versions.

    I made the mistake of updating the version on my z30, only to realize that the app wouldn't even run and asks me to use the BBW version, but I wasn't able to download it (probably needed 10.3 and above). After panicking for a bit and searching for the apk, and seeing some shady sites that I didn't trust, I went to the teamviewer site and it had the apks for the various versions. I picked v9 (which the computers I access are on) and easily installed it on the z30 and VOILA ... all was good again.

    Perhaps this is news to everyone else, but I never realized they had stored all the apks on their site. I love this app and they do a great job of supporting it (and housing the various versions). Thanks Teamviewer.

    I am on latest passport official (10.3.0) and BBW version works beautiful, also latest version of the app works just fine on all my Servers/PCs (CentOS, OS X Yosemit, Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 2008R2, 2012 & 2012R2), use it daily without any issue...

    That said, before the passport I had a Z10 with 10.2.1 so the BBW version was not available, this is the latest version of the APK from Google Play that runs on BB10, anything newer will ask you to download from BB‎W and not work. It is newer than the version posted ‎by mrjmc92, I seem to remember connecting to servers running v10 but not sure, give it a try:

    This is a big problem though, hopefully it is either a problem with the leaks and solved in the build they'll be officially releasing later this month, or TeamViewer releases a fixed version soon, otherwise I'll not be upgrading to 10.3.1 :-(
