I recently tried to update my AT&T passport using the Blitz from the stock OS 10.3.1.1955 to 10.3.1.2267 and it bypassed about half of the files and updated around 80 files and when it finished, I still had the original 1955, but a different radio? I have updated several passports using the Blitz method and this is the first issue I have had.

Is the OS on the AT&T version different then the regular passport? How come it didn't update the OS? It downloaded and installed the new OS bar file? I went back to stock until I can find out what is going on? Any help would be appreciated, I want to use it to get rid of the flickering issue.

You only needed some of the apps from 2267 anyway. You have them now.

Just copy the downloaded 2480 folder over to Sachesi now and you'll have everything.

I successfully updated my few day old AT&T Passport to 2243 then onward to 2480....upon updating to 2243 only the Core and Radio were updated, however all 80 something files installed upon installing 2480. This is my second day without any screen flickering.

    I second Conite's steps.
I did this on the new AT&T Passport and it works like a charm

    It's a no-brainer if you have a Passport.

1955 is newer than 2267. 2267 is 1949 in disguise

I think you're joking, but just in case you're not:

2243 and 2267 have build dates of Jan26/27 and most of the 2267 apps are newer than 1955 (which has a build date of Dec18).

I had the same thing happen and it's no big deal. I downloaded .2267 using the blitz format and it loaded the 70 files and the .2268 radio but left the .1955 OS on there. All you really want is the files and .2267 and .2243 had them, so Sachesi only copied over the files that were newer which was fine. Then I loaded the .2480/81 Blitz package and it replaced the 1955 OS as well as the radio and added a few newer files. All you care about is getting the .2480 OS on your PP and honestly, you could have just loaded it directly over top of the 1955, you just wouldn't have some of the newer files. Like Conite said, who knows if you even need them. I will say that the .2480 OS is amazing and maybe the smoothest operating OS to date (and I've had almost all of them on one phone or another). Of course the Passport is an amazing device and I'm sure that has a lot to do with it. I hope you have as good a luck with yours as I'm having with mine....And yes, the battery life is also amazing. Good Luck

Since the AT&T version is a different model the Blitz process did not work without a little help. I loaded the radio and coreOS and got the warning that was I sure I wanted to do that. If I tried all three files of 2267 sachesi would not allow it. Anyway after loading the radio and coreOS I then went back and loaded the debrick file.

After that the loaded 2480 as normal. Maybe my ignorance, but this worked for me.

Honestly, whether its AT&T or another carrier, its all the same-no difference. You could have sideloaded the blitz file directly over the AT&T .1955 os and it would have worked fine. Blitz formatted files are nearly foolproof and absolutely non-destructive as opposed to an autoloader. The nice thing about using a blitz format and Sachesi is that it will only load new files on to your file unless you uncheck the box. So you know that whether it's an OS or an OS/Radio and 50 files, if they are new, Sachesi will find them and put them on your phone. Also it will only load the correct radio for your device no matter how many radios are in the downloaded file.
