I have been having issues installing the latest sys.data.wallpaper file (wallpaper-10.3.2.XXXX-nto+armle-v7+signed.bar) on the last few OS updates. I currently have version 10.3.1.3145 installed. When I have tried to install the last few updated files (10.3.2.482, 10.3.2.969, 10.3.2.972, 10.3.2.1840, 10.3.2.1848, and/or 10.3.2.1996) Sachesi reports the foillowing error:
    While sending: wallpaper-10.3.2.XXXX-nto+armle-v7+signed.bar
    [22:05:26] Error: failure 850 execcmd(['/base/bin/umount', '-f', '/accounts/1000/shared/protected_media/wallpaper'], timeout=10) returns 1

Does anyone have any ideas why this is occurring, or a work around?

    Thank you

use Darcy's Blackberry Tools. Take the latest core + radio file and the wallpaper bar alone and sideloaded using Darcy's tool without checking the " install only newest file" box. this should fix your problem. good luck.

It'll somewhat fix the problem. Mainly because the wallpaper will be prioritized as last so even if there is a problem with it whatever else you're installing will still succeed.

The real way to fix this is to install a Core OS file at the same time as the wallpaper. No matter what I do that seems to be the only real way to make it work (some other methods I tried will suppress the error message and make it look like it was successful, but it really wasn't)

I tried it with Darcy's BlackBerry Tools. I am getting the following error:
    Cannot use this file E:\Downloads\BlackBerry Firmware\10.3.2.2789 APPS\wallpaper-10.3.2.1996-nto+armle-v7+signed.bar

    I am at a loss.

Download the files with Sachesi from the T Mobile site using the appropriate codes.

Delete the wallpaper bar from the folder the download is in and then install the folder.

    Job done.
