After copy all the files from 10.2.0.663 to 10.2.0.483 this is what i found so far:

    - Settings menu from 10.2.0.663, including balance
    - App Manager: System monitor -> Does not work, so hardcoded into 10.2.0.663 OS
    - Closing System monitor while loading makes the phone act weird aka crash
    - Contacts crashes
    - Phone button (left under) crashes
    - Making screenshot when in camera settings does not work (did on 10.2.0.663)
    - BBM: For some strange reason it does not interrupt the typing as much as it did before.
    - Compose text messages does not work
    - Random crashes out of nothing.

Read everything here: Tech news and my life - technology / blackberry os 10.2.0.663 apps running on 10.2.0.483

This value add is missing in many leaks' communication.
I'd see it as an opportunity for this forum to deliver better value to users.
It's easy to check own thread every two days and edit it for extra karma - more likes and thanks for OP + shorter thread + less questions.

this info has to be in first post.
Nothing has to be. Nobody owe you anything. And if you want detailed answer, give and then ask. That's how a community works. If you don't have time to read, don't use leaks. Or use, but don't whine.

Those who are leaking are doing enough of a favour. They cannot come back to edit for every little thing. Also, there is a Q&A thread for this OS.

    Face, meet palm.

On another note, been reading this entire thread off and on for a while now, and first let me thank Kris and the 'tinkers' here for serving as guinea pigs and loading this bad boy on their devices. Definitely sitting this out but I appreciate all the feedback.

I sorta liked when the thread derailed into a discussion about Parallax (lol sorry Kris), but I don't want to derail it again so I'm going to start a new thread about an idea I had about a new way to approach the homescreen. (It's not really that good of an idea but I've been thinking about it for a while).

    Anyway thanks again guys!

My guess is it will be about the same at the beginning. The way BlackBerry has been working, it seems they are throwing everything out and seeing what sticks with so many 10.2 builds thus far. Apps that constantly pushes data would drain the battery. But some apps would just be silent. I have Guru, Buzz and weather on 24/7, and I average 14hrs on a charge. Not bad for an unstable leak

If your Google crashes its not a site a problem its a problem with your system. I just downloaded over my 100Mbit connection no problems using Google without any strange plug-ins other than adobe stuff.

Now back to 663. I'm surprised how people are willing to take the plunge even without working phone calls. I guess the phone in the smartphone is waning out.

Note. Kris does say "use at your own risk", so don't complain too harshly if something doesn't work for you.

I don't think this was a complaint. The change in trend is what interests me. It is amusing.

The background apps should bring you a bit of relief by getting rid of a few of those active frames. I prefer to keep my home screen clean to save battery.

Yea, I liked it clean, but I always kept apps just to see if it rebooted or not (never did til .93). But with 14hrs battery life, I'm good.
