    Have anyone come up with this, better to install with Window xp or Windows 7. I tried 10.2 and I keep getting multiple contacts( Bal, warranty, ex.) normal contacts are fine though... on a stl-4 device... thanks in advance

    If your question is to know if installing with XP or 7 causes less errors, it wouldn't and shouldn't make a difference. You're not really using the OS code, it's the autoloader.

    Your computer's OS shouldn't make any difference. Perhaps you're seeing your local contacts plus your SIM card contacts.

    Open your Contacts, swipe down from the top and click on Settings. From there, you can choose what appears in your Contacts list.
