Big Red (Verizon) was supposed to ship an update to the 10.2.1 OS, by mid June... and it's past that... or did they mean June 2015?

On Verizon also, even checked their forums. We just as well take a nap.
Maybe not June 2015, but not likely right away either unfortunately.

And I thought the 10.2.1 Line is fully mature already. O_o. It also appears that 10.3.x is a LOOOONG wait.

I "upgraded" from 10.2.1.2141 to 10.2.1.3175 when it became available through Sachesi. My experience with 3175 was awful, especially regarding the battery life, although there were also some other issues, such as picture password deactivating and apps shutting off on their own.

I have since then "downgraded" back to 2141, though some aspects of 3175 seem to have "travelled back" at least to my device (Z-10 STL100-1), as would be the case with pre-selected email deletion options (blue dot positioned on "delete only from hub" or "delete from hub and server" options), as well as alarmingly awful battery life (very por health and ultra-fast drainage), and BB Link connectivity problems.

I've two questions concerning all this:
    (a) Can I upgrade (whenever it's available on Sachesi) to this newly spotted 10.2.1.3247 from 10.2.1.2141 or do I have to "upgrade" first to 10.2.1.3175, and from then to 3247?
    (b) Is it normal to bring back issues from "upgraded" OS to prior versions when downgrading? If not, what may have caused this in my case?
