If you are waiting for the OP to prove to you with a screenshot that he really has the OS, then no need. As this is not the first nor second time he would be getting an OS before everyone else.

Been so long since a leak that I'll load one even if the only difference is the OS number. I remember going from 2234 to 3175 and not caring that I didn't notice a difference. Was just happy for a higher number.

Not seeking a screenshot of proof to be honest, as they already updated. I for one cant say if they are bluffing or not!

I am just curious as to how they seem to meet the somewhat same conditions as myself and several others, yet we dont get the update... ever!

I spoke with BB support last week and they indicated to me that there would be an update this week to replace the pulled 3175 due to an issue that occurs on some devices when the battery is allowed to completely discharge. I would guess that this would be that update.

You got me, I've no idea how I get these either. Others in the know though do tend to get the autoloaders posted up here within hours so hopefully not too long.

I have no doubt this update is available for 'select' handsets at the present time and like others the OP must have been entered on to a whitelist. I am thinking most likely the PIN or EMEI has been entered on to the Whitelist system, probably in error and has not been removed. It only takes 1 digit or character to be entered wrong.
The OP may have enrolled on to the beta/pre release program but as elected not to say but from the post this seems unlikely.

I don't think it's a bluff and I require no proof as this release is not the most up to date in the 10.2.1 branch anyway but it is an indication this will be released sometime in the close future as it was the same with 3175 which I believe and correct me if I am wrong the OP also had early update of.

Criminy, so there's three OSs to look out for:

    10.2.1.3181, going by device simulators
    10.2.1.3226, going by network certification
10.2.1.3247, going by that guy who somehow always gets the OS first

Great, no other bug fixes? And we have to wait how long for 10.3.1? Feeling like a pb all over again.

I think a typo as 10.2.1.3274 is not showing up on the servers through Sachesi.

But only 17MB?! Even a radio file is >20MB. Other than a couple of little .bar files, what could it be? Unless it is a radio file, and the update reports compressed size.

OTA upgrades are usually deltas. This 17MB is everything that's changed from 3175 to 3247.

Interesting. I wasn't aware that the OS itself could be upgraded incrementally like that. I thought it was the whole OS file or nothing.

I understand that. But if the intent is to correct flaws in. 3175, I can't imagine what only 17MB can do.

I dunno, the Heartbleed fix was pretty tiny.
