I spent 3 days on the installation of different systems, but there is no effect. I have the same problem! after the first reboot all removed. What to do?
    Q 10 SQN100-3
Roll back to 10.2.1 and patiently wait for BlackBerry to come up with a solution.
    That's all we can do.

You must creat a autoloader for your device : core os 10.3.1.997 + Radio 10.3.1.2268 + all apps 10.3.1.1151
All good for led blue device.

Mick @ BlackBerry has just updated the thread over on support.blackberry.com to say he has enough information for now and he will let us know soon.

    No blue light!

The fix takes like 2 seconds to do its magic, and I thought it wiped the device because the tutorial came up after reboot, which I'd totally forgotten about. But I zoomed through the tutorial and booted again, and everything seems great!

Onward to get 10.3.1 on there finally!

    So.......the blue LED is gone.

On the first restart, my settings were wiped. It appeared nothing has changed.

I've now done four further restarts with changes to settings and apps each time, and each time they have been retained successfully.

On early evidence it appears we have a successful fix.

I have to go to bed so I leave it to fellow blue-LEDers to verify this.

Question: the link for the latest version of BlackBerry Link, on the FIX page, takes you to a page about Blend. Is that what we need to use, or am I just not seeing Link on that page?

Sorry, I see the link says "Blend". That's what I get for reading from my Z10.

The latest version of Link is contained in the Blend package. Interestingly it is newer than the standalone Link download.

Good opportunity to make that clear to folks.

Whoo! Now, just what the heck does the "fix.zip" contain, and do? I MUST KNOW! Has to be a branding type of thing. Flipping a register from one value to another.

Yup. Didn't have the problem, but would love to know the cause and fix.

Many happy people on CB today! Except for those not willing to fix the flicker on their Passports themselves. But very happy for those in this thread that were affected.

Yep, figured as much. The reason was a coding flaw thing I'd bet. The solution is too "security-y" probably so even if we knew we'd never be able to say anyway. I'm just glad it's fixed, and I knew once some device logs were sent on, they would sort it out.
