    I have an issue, I have installed this os on my Q10 sqn100-3 since 7 hours, but I haven't got a BlackBerry service. No bbm or BlackBerry protect, so I have try to reboot, 9 install 7 wype , left my sim card but nothing to do. I have installer channel yes bbm open but I can't chat. Whats this solution please

    If you haven't used the correct download then there is a warning that you may not be able to make/receive calls etc.

    I have ask but everybody say me the same solution, install channel, reboot or install again or do a security wype, I have do all more than 10th but I have never got the data/blackberry service, my call sms work perfectly :s it's s*ck

    i am using both now mobile data and wifi, but no Bb data , no BB symbol at the right corner beside data traffic

    solved by itself, phone connected to bb servers, some one where sending BBm messages at that moment i've seen connection coming by itself.
    enjonying now my Q10 with the best leaked Os 10.2.1.1055

    Damien, I had the same problem, installed 10.2.1.1055 in the morning (8am) but at the end of the day (8pm) my BlackBerry still didn't connect to the BlackBerry network. How long did it take for you to connect?

    I'm back at 10.2.0.1803 now but I really miss the 10.2.1.1055

    Hey guys, I also have the same problem. It has been 14 hours since i updated to 10.2.1.1055. Still no luck on enabling my Blackberry service.

    Damien do you mind elaborating what u've done to ur device that might have enabled the blackberry service?

    I got the next tip as a maybe solution for the no data/blackberry service problem:

    Go to settings, click about, click category, click network, click the three dots on lower right, tap register Blackberry. it's what I always do and works for me. wish I had a q to try this out on. thanks for the leaks BL, hoping and praying that it will come soon to my 3.

    Haven't tested it myself yet, maybe someone could and tell if this works?

    It seems the few complaints are on European carriers. Perhaps when the carrier starts testing the OS, it will start working for the people having problems.

    I don't know if it's carrier related. For me it would be a little bit strange cause I didn't bought my phone from a carrier. And also the thing is that with every leaked OS it worked just fine except this one, maybe it won't alway register automatically to BlackBerry. Going to try the tip today/tomorrow myself, let you know if it worked or maybe someone else could tell us if it works.

    Did you go into BlackBerry Link and make sure you were still signed in, try this tip ask ur friends to send u messages,i did get connected to servers after 14 hours of waiting

    Just installed 10.2.1.1055 again yesterday and it just worked, didn't have to do anything to get the 4 dotted BB logo.

    Had the same problem and I just did the following
    Turn on airplane mode
    Switch back off
    Restart device
    Go straight to Whatsapp send couple messages to a contact
    You will see 3G logo go small "3g" then comes back as 3G?
    Don't use wifi it has to register with network
