While on 10.1, Skype worked (won't say well since it was a port, but as intended): now on 10.2 I keep getting the error "Unfortunately, Skype has stopped."

I have a feeling this has to do with 4.2.2 vs 2.3 runtime but I am not sure. As well, is there any known work-around (sideload newer Skype?)?

I am running a SQN-003 with 10.2.0.1725 with 10.2.0.1048 radio (but I also had the same issue with 10.2.0.1047).

I think that sideloading will fix your issue.

Please ask a mod to correct the title that this is about Q10 only.

I tried your fixes and even found another fix to runtime 810 and that does not work either. Well it actually does that is wrong to say 810 allowed Skype to work but then many other apps did not work. So there was no point.

Hopefully someone updates the Skype port to 10.2.x.x
