    Nice suggestion, I just tried this on my friends Android phone and was able to login without any issues...
    Unfortunately, after removing my account on Android and trying to login on my Z30 I got the same loop again...

    Did you do a clean installed (no backup restore)? If yes you can try to take your sim card out for a while and put it back, push the +/- volume button (restart your device) and try to login to your bbm again.

    For faster wipe just do it with autoloader, don't do security wipe will take longer time

    I suggest you should re-install the OS via autoloader, but don't sign in to your BBID through the BBM app, sign in by going to Settings > BlackBerry ID. After signing in, you can now open the BBM app.

    Hi Sator,
    I always do clean installs and never use backup restores.
    I have tried your suggestions several times, but unfortunately without success...
    Thanks anyway!

    Unfortunately I have encountered a very annoing and recurring issue right after using SIC Wipe n Load.
    My BBM got stuck at "Associating with your Blackberry ID" and won't finish initialising...

    I have done all troubleshooting steps I cold come up with:
    Security wiping;
    Reloading the OS;
    Logging in fresh without use of BlackBerry ID;
    Downgrading BBM;
    Downgrading OS with known working BBM (at list four different versions );
    All the above with and without using SIC Wipe n Load;
    All the above with and without using Security Wipe;
    Trying to login from various WiFi hotspots;
    Changing Blackberry ID password;
    Etc, etc...;
    Nothing has helped with this issue yet...

    I have done hundreds of leaked software installations and have never encountered this issue before!
    Only after using SIC Wipe n Load yesterday this issue suddenly appeared!
    Having all the facts in mind it does seam that the main reason for this issue was using SIC Wipe n Load.

    Did anyone else encountered something similar to this?
    Do you have any suggestions about how to fix it?
    Your thoughts and suggestions will be highly appreciated!

    Thanks and best regards,
    Nikolaj
    Gday Niko
    how about if you try SIC one more time? You don't need to do your own security wipe. I does that for you.

    Now, before you get started.
    Please make sure you have a good USB data *at least you know that it is functioning properly.
    Restart your PC/Laptop.
    Wait until everything settle down *all loaded properly, which means your HDD LED doesn't blink anymore
    Restart the SIC proces one more time.
    Try to use WiFi to let restoring processes faster.
    It should help you, UNLESS there is a BBM server problem.

    I've done reloading OS on my Z10 using SIC countless time and I've never encounter this problem at all.

    I hope you find your luck this time.

    Hope it works for you now, one more thing to check to find out if your friend near your area with the same network provider has problem with their BBM or not.

    Edited: I mean your friend who also BlackBerry users.

    If Logged in I think there should be no problem. I think most probably if reloading OS still doesn't work BBM server for BlackBerry users is having a hiccup since Nico can't login.

    True, thanks for reminding that. What I meant is that if other BlackBerry users in Nicolaj area experienced lag or other problem when using their BBMs
