I'm not having any problems with 2141 but am tempted to try this out of pure curiosity.

Well it's now been 24 hours after doing this process, I'm going to say I think it was a a good move to do this, my device is absolutely running perfect , not even a slight glitch anywhere, now keep in mind I don't do android apps and I don't have snapp installed my device is pretty well stock with two emails, and maybe 20 apps from BBW. I only use my phone for calls, BBM, email, texting, and few apps like banking and notes type apps.

I would like to thank the op for this tool as I'm sure I will use this process going forward.

used the tool and all went well but then today had my first endless reboot i've ever experienced with the phone. trying to reload the OS now but its taking a lifetime to write whereas it usually it zips through in a few minutes. is there any chance the tool has damaged the drive in some way?

Could you tell me how do you reload your OS? and at which process was it stuck?

Why I ask is because in our several months trials with several type of devices and numbers of testers, all that we received was feedback like Slff mentioned, smooth, more responsive and it even 'cured' random reboots from some of our testers.

Finally reloaded and seems to be fine. Probably just a glitch.

It went well. The process was pretty quick, definitely under an hour. I reloaded the OS through Link. Everything went through without a hitch.

Haven't spent much time on the PB yet to see if my lag issues are gone, but I'll report back soon.

You don't have to take your memory card out, SIC wipes device memory only.

A million thanks for answering my questions. I think the only thing I need to do now is to load SIC multiwipe, reread instructions and fire it up.
