So i am a little confused now. Can I use this without worry or not? One says yes, another says no... If no one bricks his/her phone, that's good. If some pone does brick his/her phone, he/she cannot say there was no warning before

SIC is using cfp.exe which is made by BlackBerry, and BlackBerry has been making cfp.exe for many years for their internal testing purposes. Logically BlackBerry won't make a program for many years that has negatif impact to their products.
In the end, it's all up to you to use SIC or not....

I've also tried to connect my BlackBerry Bold 9780 to the latest build of SIC to see if it would wipe my device and it doesn't. It hangs on Resetting Device

Run SIC Multiwipe, when the command shows connecting to bootrom, connect your device WITHOUT battery. Once the process running you can insert the battery back.

Yup! I have that.. Forgot about it as SIC was doing well for me; I don't know why I can't manage to connect to bootrom on any device I plug in. Maybe It's my computer (I dunno)

If you use BBOS device, you have to also install BlackBerry Desktop Manager. BBLink is only for BB10 devices drivers

The thing is, I've used SIC before without installing BlackBerry Desktop Manager and it's wiped previous devices without a problem.

But as I said earlier, maybe it's just my laptop; hopefully you guys get the Classic CFP asap!

just did a multiwipe but after installing 10.3.1.2072 OS and 10.3.1.939 Radio per autoloader it keeps blinking red two times.
the autoloader is a hybrid for Z30's and classic (here), maybe this can be the reason why it keeps blinking?

    edit:
    solved! used another autoloader

LoL! Totally off topic, but beyond where that came from, why even try a hybrid, before knowing how good the radio/core is in the new OS? You went through all that for one bar file.

So SIC Multipwipe doesn't yet work for the Classic or Z30, if I understand correctly?

Thanks very much for confirming this. I tried it on my Classic, and it didn't work, so I figured they hadn't incorporated the Classic into the software as of yet.
