Weird question maybe, as most would say yes. This person runs a few businesses and over 10 email accounts. I'm on PassportSQW100-1/10.3.2.2204

She said she is still on 10.3.1.xxxx not sure what version ending she said but had few complaints about browser being a tad slow and Andriod apps not running to good.

Obviously I'd tell her to fully back her phone up before going down a leak path but I was thinking if she doesn't like the leak she can't really restore a backup can she? As the new 10.3.2 has the anti theft protection right so can't roll back?

Do I upgrade her with sachies or not? Where in Australia so I highly doubt she will see an upgrade soon to 10.3.2..

Technically speaking, there is no leaks available right now. All the OS available are official from BlackBerry, so there's not really any reason to not upgrade.

Any ideas on the most stable 10.3.2 leak out at the moment?

Latest is greatest 10.3.2.2339--absolutely fantastic OS! 
And as Bla1ze just said, it is NOT a leak.

One thing to keep in mind when doing so

Note the users BlackBerry ID user name and password down.
Create a back up with out the system stuff (custom back up -> there something like system settings and system data or something)
*this will stop any thing currently the likely cause for the complaints about the browser and android runtime slowdown. ** see threads about high system storage.

I recently moved a Q5 from 10.3.1->10.3.2 with exact complaints you mentioned. Use an autoloader then restore it's the best bet, if you blitz a device with problems you get a device with upgraded problems.

Remember kids if you pizza when your supposed to french fry your gonna have a bad time.

There a few key things that must be followed to ensure a safe upload and prevents "bricking" your device. Make sure you research the procedure and will fool proof everytime.

The only issue I've had (though these users I think went from 10.2.1 to 10.3.2) is not liking changes that were made. I had one user upset about the UI change where the primary action icon is larger.

It's not always issues, sometimes it's something that is as designed. But some of this is certainly less of an issue from 10.3.1 to 10.3.2.

From a purely technical standpoint, I see no reason not to update someone who hasn't received the OTA update. The question is, are you prepared to do every subsequently requested update and troubleshooting when issues come up? Lol the social contract of being the resident BlackBerry guru can be demanding at times.

Well not really I don't even really talk to this person last I spoke to her was back in high school I think but we're friends on FB so I see her post every now and then on FB and Instgram and I know she's the only other person I know with a passport and found out she's still on 10.3.1 but only just updated recently via carrier push. So I'd told her I'm on 10.3.2 and I could help her she seems pretty keen to get it updated. But yeah if problems come up I don't want to be responsible as I don't even think she's in the same state as me. Not only that this is her business phone also so I'd hate for somthing to go wrong that's all. sucks as I'd like to help her upgrade
