To confirm, is this version 1.9.0.1?
Also, look at the folder that Sachesi.app is in.

No this was 1.90 version. I updated to 1.9.01 version today, but when I try to use the app it keeps crashing! Will not let me proceed. I get an error message saying there was an error using Sachesi, would you like to report it. I deleted the App and re downloaded it. Same error message.

I can confirm I have the same issue for Z10 STL100-3 using version 1.9.0.
'Download' doesn't convert the radio link from Passport to Z10 but 'Grab Links' does show the compatible radio file. I get this warning: The radio file you have selected to install is for a different device!

That is indeed the passport radio variant instead of Z10 or Q10.

The important part is the 'Download Device'. This is what was meant to change the qc8974 to qc8960. It looks like you chose 'Download All' when this was set to 'As Above'?
You should be able to test this by looking at the result of 'Grab Files' and searching for 'coreos'
Edit: OK, I found the issue. Thanks for report!
It was affecting 'Download All' but not 'Grab Links'

    Fixed in 1.8.0.1

Try downloading just the Radio and have a look at the filename it says it is downloading when device is 'Connected'.

It looks like you have a 8960.wtr radio downloaded from when you accidentally downloaded 'As Searched'

Is Z30 STA100-2 compatible with 10.3 update? I connected it and got a message that the latest update is the one I already have installed, i.e. Z30STA100-2/10.2.1.3247...

I did not enter the country code or the carrier code.

Just trying to figure out what I did wrong as to not get the leak 10.3 notification.

Could it be that Autoloaders for Dev Alpha devices have no OTA update path, which is why they never display a software update in settings and also won't allow Sachesi to update?

My existing DAC has an autoloader install from a while ago... never showed an update available. Can anyone confirm if any of the Dev Alpha autoloader OS's for developers ever allowed OTA updates or do I need to basically get a leak (not a Dev version autoloader) of mainstream OS meant for consumer phones?

DAC has a different hardware ID than the other Q10s, though. I doubt any carrier gave it OTA updates, but rather BlackBerry (if they weren't autoloaders).

I downloaded the Autoloader on the Dev Alpha BlackBerry developer site, for the SQN 100-3. It is about 1.8gb. I am using Sachesi to extract all the apps, which it has created in a subfolder called "Autoload-SQN100-3-10.3.0.700" which is the autoloader exe file name. It put 128 bar files in there, most of them sys.* and some com.*.
I would recommend that you simply run Autoload-DevAlphaC-10.3.0.700.exe (the 10.3.0.700 Dev Alpha software which is meant for your device). (Please DO NOT decompose the autoloader into OS and radio .signed files.)

    ----------

    C:\BlackBerry> Autoload-DevAlphaC-10.3.0.700.exe

    RIM Wireless Device Command-Line Auto-Programmer Version 3.11.0.6 (Win32) [May1 2014 17:06:09]
Copyright 2012 Research In Motion Limited

    Connecting to Bootrom:

    ----------

This will confirm that OS 10.3.0.700 properly functions on your device,

Then, please upload (non-destructively) OS 10.3.0.738 (stored for SQK 100-1 aka P'9983 on the OTA server of BlackBerry Limited) to your Dev Alpha C device, using Sachesi.

Ok, I was able to update my DAC to 10.2.1.2941 (core 10.2.1.3175 and radio 10.2.1.3140)... which I found using a search for the SQN 100-3 variant, production upgrade. Maybe from this stage I will be able to jump it up to 10.3 non-destructively again.

With the great help of Sachesi I have successfully updated my Z30 and Q10 from Software Release 10.2.1.2977 (OS 10.2.1.3247 Radio 10.2.1.3140) to Software Release 10.3.0.738 (OS 10.3.0.1154 Radio 10.3.0.1155) in a non-destructive manner.

Well, I am unable to go from 10.2.1.2941 to 10.3.x.x .... I was however able to upgrade from 10.2.0.x to 10.2.1.2941. .... and I found what looks like a later update on Rogers which is 10.2.1.2977 so I am trying that as well. Maybe as I inch closer it will let me jump over to 10.3, or is there something else going on?

It's fixed now (I didn't notice 'As searched' before as my device has been always connected first):

I deleted the previously downloaded folder and started fresh (connect device, open Sachesi, hit search, selecting my device from drop down and hit search again) and this time it had the right radio, however at the end of download Sachesi displayed a [download size is different, but this might be a bug] message. I checked the download size and it was ~1.5 GB and nothing looked suspicious so I went ahead with install and everything went fine. Thanks for your help.

(Please allow me to repat that) I would recommend that you install Autoload-DevAlphaC-10.3.0.700.exe to confirm that OS 10.3.0.x does work on your Dev Alpha C device.

    1172 is Passport only, though.

If you really do want all the Sachesi links look for 404/001. Or just install the 1172 core OS over 1155, the rest is the same.

Thanks thurask. I used the 404/001 code and I still gets only 10.2 update. See the screenshot below.
I am again not sure what I am doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

    Oh, sorry I meant 404/001/Passport.

If you want 10.3(.0.1154) for your Z30, try 510/010/Q10 + Q5 + P9983 (if I remember correctly). Should replace the radio file with the Z30 one if you set the Download For to Z30.

After my update to 10.2.1 using Sachesi I have lost the ability to run Android apps. They do not launch. Also, APK's do not install (it says "Processing" indefinitely).

I installed Snap using Sachesi and it downloads APK files but also gets stuck at the installation... "Processing" forever.

I've tried several reboots to no avail.

Any suggestion for which BAR files to reinstall or change on the phone? I am on the 10.2.1.2977 (Rogers Canada Q10 SQN100-3 variant production OS). Or should I just give up and install the official SDK bootloader 10.3 and try to patch it up to a consumer OS 10.3?

Yes, if it's released for your carrier.
All production firmware will receive updates regardless of how it is installed.
