Have you install BBLink? Driver device from BBLink still needed before you can use Sachesi

UGH, BB10 just cause my pc to crash, lots of crashing, so unstable, guess i have to then, it also eats my computers resources and forces it to overclock.

If BB Link on your PC communicates with your phone via USB, then the drivers are probably installed and running ok. Task Manager should show running processes BbDevMgr.exe, RIMBBLaunchAgent.exe, and RIMDeviceManager.exe. If the foregoing conditions are present, close BB Link and then launch Sachesi, which should now connect to your phone. (I run Sachesi 1.2.1 and BB Link 1.2.3.23 on my WinXP laptop.)

This works for me everytime I have issues connecting to USB:
    Go to Settings
    • Storage and Access
    • USB Connection
    • Connect to Windows

I don't think bb10 crashed ur computer. Sounds like u probably have too much junk on ur computer.

Installing link takes a while, but after that u should be good to go.

Link, i meant Link, Computer, is in tip top shape, do daily cleans and never EVER install stuff at random. I'm a computer whiz, stuck with helping everyone in thier family when they need phone or pc help.

It's definitely Link crashing my pc,

First connect phone to computer. (Link cannot be running). After computer recognizes phone and shows connected to y and z drives then start Sachesi. Then click on the tab you want. Sachesi should connect via usb.

Same problem with vista 32 bits. Bblink works perfectly but sachesi has never founded my z10 through USB. Ihave tried all precautions recommended on CB, specifically to stop Antivirus and so on...

the only way my sachesi will recognize my phones USB is to first plug the phone in the usb. if BBLink opens, close it/force quit it. then open sachesi. should be recognized then. mac user here.

should also add to turn off your phone passcode to help things out.

That's a selectable feature in Link - launching whenever device is connected. Disable it.

Important: concerning Vista 32 Sachesi 1.0 operates through USB...for all Sachesi version since 1.1.3 the device is not detected....Where is the bug?

Don't know what your problem is, but I know xsacha updated from 1.1.2 to 1.1.3 because I had found a bug where Sachesi was searching for USB forever because it wouldn't use the right virtual network adapter, namely it would use a virtual box one (Genymotion, VMware, etc.).

I didn't try 1.1.3+ though, but xsacha said the problem was fixed. Maybe it created another one?

Anyway, hope it send you on the right track.

I have had no issues connecting to Sachesi using all his versions from the first to 1.2.1...here is a possible solution.
    1- Download CCLEANER from Piriform.
    2- Run Cleaner.
    3- Run Registry Repair.
    4- Try Sachesi again.
Not only will it work, but your computer will be faster, cleaner and run better. (considering if you guys have not done maintenance cleaning with CCLEANER before) I have used this program on XP, Vista, Windows 7 with ALL positive results. On many many many computers...well over 30 of em....

This is how your Storage and Access settings page should be:

    Sachesi Looking for USB-img_20140409_104017.png

Then turn ALL device passwords off. Because even though I entered the correct password, Sachesi wouldn't connect. So this:

    Sachesi Looking for USB-img_20140409_104209.png

Now it should work. Sachesi is the best, good luck!

You guys and gals ARE using BlackBerry cords right? Some generic charging cords will definitely not work. They charge but won't carry data...I have a couple cheapies that don't work for data transfer. Use the cable that came with your BlackBerry...
