    So if I use these codes on my VZW Q10 it'll automatically work on the VZW LTE network?
    First time doing this, just wanna get it right the first time haha.

    I always use 311/480 for Verizon if you want the official OS.

    As for the latest non-official OS, you can use any Q10 OS, and supposedly on the Q10 the radios are all identical, so it would seem hard to go wrong in that respect.

    I ended up using 302/720 for 10.2.1.537. I was worried since I done have a PC that anything higher would result in bbm not working. Everything is running great now and no real problems with it.

    Thanks!

    Maybe a dumb question, but just want to make sure, did you unlock your phone in BlackBerry Link?

    I have to open Link and enter my password before my computer recognizes something is plugged in.

    Same problem as a couple of other posters here, can't connect to my Z30.

    Tried uninstall/reinstall Link;
    USB Mass Storage and Wi-Fi file sharing off on both Link and Z30;
    Restart computer and BlackBerry several times;
    Windows firewall deactivated, no antivirus or protection software;
    Can communicate fine with Link, or directly with Windows file system when Mass Storage/BB Link is activated;
    Changed USB port (USB 2.0 and 3.0 to be sure to be on a different hub);
    Last Sachesi 1.1.2 and BlackBerry Link 1.2.3.23 versions.

    It was working a couple of months ago but something obviously happened in between that crippled Sachesi's USB communication.

    Any clue?

    +1 the same is happening to me too, Link and Windows can connect to my Q10 but not Sachesi and I really wanted to do the latest 10.2.1 update because the official 10.2.1.537 is very bad on battery for me

    Sachesi simply requires that the device appear on the usbnet.
    This is how it works on Windows:
    1) Blackberry Link installs a USB driver that recognises Blackberry devices and identifies it, to Windows, as a network device.
    2) Windows registers the network device at the specified IP address (depending on what is set on phone). Usually starting with 169.254.x.x
    3) Sachesi application runs and asks Windows for all devices in the usbnet range (usually 169.x.x.x) that identify themselves as 'Blackberry'.
    -- In this stage, it is possible for the request to be blocked by overly sensitive anti-virus/firewall applications that somehow think that usbnet is private.

    That is all. If it isn't working, it's something unique to your system as far as I can tell.

    This is how it works on Linux:
    1) The phone connects via usb and is identified as a usbnet device and assigned the requested IP address.
    2) Sachesi application runs and asks Linux for all usbnet devices that identify themselves as 'Blackberry'. Linux gives the list.

    I am having the same problem using windows 8.1. I tried a different USB to connect the phone. I do not have any password on my phone. Only password I have is for Blackberry ID

    I used windows 7 machine and was able to install. I read another post that if you change your phone from auto connect to connect windows it will work. I did that and used Sachesi on my window 8.1 to install SNAP to be able to download apps. Sachesi recognized my computer once i had changed the phone setting. THANK YOU FOR THIS GREAT APP AND THANK YOU FOR CRACKBERRY

    Thank you Xsacha for taking the time to reply to our issue. It may be only on windows 8, i will try on my work PC on Windows 7.

    I had a hard time updating my Q10 to 10.2.1.2102 last night. I do have a device password, but it takes multiple tries on Win7 X64. I'm using a BlackBerry USB cable and have not changed anything in the last week when it worked fine on my Z10.

    I just kept trying and eventually it worked.

    I had exactly the same issue in Windows and in Linux. The fix is to disable development mode, disable Mass storage, disable Wifi sharing and set it to Windows connection mode. I blogged about it Sachesi for Blackberry on Linux (Ubuntu) | Geek Phreek's Geek Shack

    What do you mean, set it to Windows connection mode?

    My Z30 can communicate with Sachesi on my Windows 7 x86 laptop, but not with my Windows 7 x64 desktop. Anyone can confirm it works well with x64 versions and latest Sachesi and BlackBerry Link?

    That's a setting in the BB10 OS. I think it's in a "BlackBerry Link" settings menu.

    The latest Sachesi works fine for me on Win7-x64. Though I'm using Z10s, not Z30s.

    And I do not think I have to change the default setting (automatic) for "connection mode" either.

    I think the main differences revolve around configuration / driver issues on the Windows OS. Oftentimes related to networking, as xsacha pointed-out above.

    However it wouldn't hurt to try some of g33kphr33k's suggestions, they might help.

    Updated my blog post with images. I hope that helps.

    Windows does get in the way, I did it in Linux in the end. Under Windows to get it to detect, I had to also kill all the Link services and processes, unplug and replug before it got it.

    I finally found the culprit! xsacha's explanations on how Sachesi communicates with the BB gave me the hint I needed. I verified my active connection with ipconfig and saw that I had a couple of connection starting with 169.xxx.xxx.xxx. The one that was interfacing (badly I should say) with the BB connection was Oracle VirtualBox, which I previously used to emulate BB10 or Android, can't remember... Anyway, it was creating several "interface" connections for all my network cards, and my hypothesis is that these weren't passing informations as transparently as it should. I uninstalled it, and I can now connect to my Z30 with Sachesi without problems. (And as a bonus, my internet connection was taking like 60 seconds to connect when I started Windows. That is gone as well.)

    I guess it can be possible that other similar emulator (VMware, etc.) which enable virtual network connection to your virtual device can do the same thing, so you people might want to verify your Device Manager to see if there's something like this. I'm on Windows 7, don't know about Win 8 or Linux.

    Thanks for your help and collaboration everyone!

    Thanks for finding that out. This makes a lot of sense!

    I have just updated Sachesi to 1.1.3 for Windows to resolve this issue. It is likely this trips up a lot of apps.

    Hey xsacha can you update Sachesi to support the Z30 STA 100-6? It's a variant selling in South Africa
    Done. Now appears in 1.1.3

    I couldnt load 10.2.1 on my Q10 with Sachesi, it said USB 99% and I left it overnight and woke up with it saying the same thing. Then I read that I needed the debrick file and it stops at 99% downloaded. Any help would be appreciated.

    UPDATE! I didnt see that the new version was available! Downloaded it and everything worked! Just wanting for the phone to get settled, thank you xsacha!

    Hi all! I am new to Sachesi, and I've read that to do a clean install of new BB OS on my Q5 I need to get the Debrick files.

    However, there doesn't seem to be any option to choose Debrick/Upgrade mode. Where do I find that option?

    Thanks!
