Assuming you have already installed the files on your computer, you are at the install from the computer to phone by USB cable right?
    Correct.

I have them downloaded to my computer. I'm installing from folder.
and this is what it says:

    Connected to MSM8960_V3.2.1.1_F_R070_Rev:19 at 169.254.150.249.
    Installing Radio: 10.2.1.1899
    Installing OS: 10.2.1.1925

I had an issue with my phone beforehand where it wouldn't get past the boot screen after hitting 100%. I plugged it into Link and it picked up a connection. I plugged it into the tool, and it connected fine and picked up all my installed Bars. So I decided to at least do the update using this in hopes of fixing the issue. In other words, all that is on my screen is simply the screen that says 100% when you first load your BB.

Next to the USB portion of the tool, it says 45% but I'm assuming that's just battery levels.

So you had a problem with the phone before attempting the update. Do you have a previous backup you can install?

Not for a while. My phone died from low battery yesterday, and hasn't turned on since. I didn't install anything on it, nor drop it nor anything. I'm just hoping this works. But it's taking forever.

You might need to put a full charge on it first. Should be seeing a progress bar on the phone while the firmware is loading.

Thanks for your help. Do you know if there's a simple way or app that I can pull Remember data from the phone? I can connect to it and whatnot. I just can't use the screen.

Not sure about that. My remember notes sync with my outlook tasks on my company email. Maybe you can retrieve them there.

After having a problem with deleting text messages I decided to wipe out data (restore to factory settings) then restore my latest backup, back in again on my BBQ10.
Blackberry link won't restore my data or settings. It just keeps on failing to start restoring as if it cannot read the backups, though I've tried with 3 different ones.
In the meantime I've updated blackberry link to 1.2.0 (built 17), and the device to os 10.2.1.1925, but again no success.
I've searched for backup data extraction applications but not available for OS10.
I AM USING MAC , WILL SACHESI HELP???

IT Policy disables Sachesi from OS 10.2 and higher.
Is there a specific setting in the IT policy that prevents Sachesi from working?

I once tried installing a leaked os with my battery level at 10%. Had nothing but trouble: stuff just didn't work right until I took the time to change it up. Then the install ran fine. So, don't do os install with low battery. Get it to at least half.

Help....have a pre-release Z30 on rogers, STA 100-2 device. I did not get the 10.2.1 update pushed to me and can't find it manually checking. So for first time ever, I tried Sachesi. Everything seemed to be fine, downloaded 10.2.1.537, installed, completed....but now my phone sits here blinking red. One blink, pause, then 6 blinks, pause, one blink, pause, 6 blinks, etc, etc. Won't reset with power button or volume keys.

There was no 10.2.1 update file for Rogers 100-2 device so the search gave me UK (234), O2 (010), Z30, STA 100-2 (Update 10.2.1.537 available!
    OS: 10.2.1.1925 + Radio: 10.2.1.1899)

What did I do wrong? What do I do now? Help please, thanks.

Well even though the phone seems dead, Link can see it and wants to put the old os back (btw Sachesi cannot see the phone now). But before I do that I wanted to know if there's anything else I can do....maybe the new os loaded and just needs a reboot? And what does the one led blink followed by six, then repeat, mean?

And if I try to load another os via Sachesi, which might work for me? I'm on Rogers in Toronto, z30 sta 100-2. The UK O2 is what I tried last time.

Check out this post. More specific to a firmware install.

Important thing is to be sure you get firmware for your model number So everything will function right. For example mine is a STL100-3.

Rogers should have the official release for 10.2.1 all ready for you. Try check for the update with BlackBerry Link. I know you said it wasn't there yesterday but maybe is now. If not, restore the backup and contact Rogers.

No idea what blinking light signifies. In Morse code it means E SS

I don't think Rogers will help me, their update is for z30's device type STA 100-5. My device is 100-2, and is a pre-release one from BlackBerry that was given to me. Link doesn't help, says I'm on the latest update....seems to be common for everyone with these pre-release unlocked devices from BlackBerry. That's why I tried the O2 os for 100-2 devices as Sachesi seemed to recommend when my device was connected.

    You bricked it.

Luckily for you and unlike some of the competition, it's fairly easy to recover from that on a BB10 device. You can just use an autoloader or the "Restore OS" feature in Link.

KB35635-BlackBerry 10 smartphone fails to boot and displays LED blink sequence
KB33480-BlackBerry 10 smartphone does not startup and displays either a phone with a USB icon or an error with a link to bberror.com after an interrupted security wipe

I was reminded today that I haven't released the Blackberry 10 version that I made earlier. I never added Cascades support as it wasn't allowed in App World.

Well, here it is. Just has the search feature. Enjoy.

Hi, I am running leaked version of 10.2.1.1925 on a Verizon Q10. Everything works great. I downloaded from BB World an update for Blackberry Maps to version 10.2.0.387 now that app stopped to work I can't even launch it. I tried to uninstall and re-install via BB World but it still doesn't work. Any recommendations. Can I extract that app and than try to re-install?
