I would choose to reinstall 10.2.x.xxxx and restore onto your device what you have backed up with Sachesi.

And then I would proceed to non-destructively upgrade the device software from 10.2.x.xxxx to 10.3.0.1052 with Sachesi.

Upgrading with Sachesi is always non-destructive.

So I should extract the autoloader, then install the bar files through sachesi ?

If you install with autoloader, it will surely destructive, if you want to upgrade with sachesi, just download blitz OS (I think 800, 821, 938 and the newest 10.3.1.1016 are available to be downloaded), it is all in one folder. Open Sachesi, connect your device, turn on flight mode, choose install folder where the blitz OS is there let it run itself about 30 minutes until finished and the device will reboot.
    DONE

    Enjoy the new OS

I personally would not go from 10.2 to a 10.3 branch non-destructively. I think you would be better off backing up your 10.2 data with Link and then running an autoloader. At that point you can either restore your data or better yet set everything up from scratch.
