Did you update from BBWorld before you try to setup?

Then you should never have done the leak or read the thread. I think if you run the autoloader again, do not sign in to BBID when it first asks you to. Then when it's finished click on BBM and enter BBID then.

That's a little harsh wouldn't you say? Everyone starts as a noob. I ran the autoloader and went through the normal setup. I just didn't start BBM until after I updated in BBWorld.

I agree. Lighten up already.... and I also updated before signing in... and it worked fine for me as well.

OP, you aren't "stupid", just ignorant, and that's OK, because you are trying to get the answers.

My suggestion is to wipe and reinstall, and then go from there.

This new leak is worth the effort.

Thanks, so let me try to understand the process. should I try autoloader again? And then do not update from BlackBerry App World, because the bbm with 1925 is new than the update one? And also don't setup BlackBerry ID
From the z30 setup, then go to bbm first? Right?

I had same problem. Solved by openning app more times, reboot, open once more and everything was fine.

If the OS is working go to BlackBerry World. Should find a BBM update available. After that update may work fine. Did for me earlier today.

So you still can't access BBM? I'd say reload the OS.

That explains a lot. Yes you need wifi access when setting up a new OS/device
