Ever since updating to 1925, my RFA does not work. Link does not see my Z10, however, my Z10 does see my PC.
I tried refreshing devices on Link, but it never shows up. It was working before.
I don't use Windows Firewall (off)
I have rebooted both handset and PC.
I have removed and reinstalled Link - removing all settings in the process.
I have removed and installed a PREVIOUS version of Link.
I have signed out and in again to BB ID from Link.
I have checked that both are exact same BB ID credentials.
I have toggled BB Link settings on handset, and tried changing device name, in an attempt to trigger something.

Link continues to report "BlackBerry ID isn't associated with a device running BB OS 10"

Try a hard reset on your phone by holding the volume up and down buttons for 30sec or until you see the blue loading icon.

Just checking but make sure in your settings on the Phone that you have debugging mode off.

I am in the same boat. Tried everything you have OP. It just doesn't work, in fact now my Z10 won't even recognize my laptop. It's listed in settings/BB Link,
but won't show up in file manager.

Do you mean Development Mode? If so, yes - off.

No go into your storage in settings and scroll to the bottom and make sure debugging is off.

Does it work if you're on WiFi?

Uninstall Link. Reboot computer. Install newest version of Link.

Try going into Settings, Link (on the BB) and manually deleting every computer you see there (there will be one or two you can't delete), then maybe do a hard reboot.

When you go into settings and scroll down to storage and access. You don't have that setting. If you do scroll to the bottom and there should be a debugging toggle.

When your plugged into the computer and link is up, have you tried hitting the menu button on the bottom left if it's still there, and try showing disconnected devices then try picking it. It might connect.

I would have to say that it is an issue with the OS itself. My RAF is hosed too.

I can connect with Link fine when plugged in. My device shows and all Link functions work. It only does not show up in RFA as a device.

There is nothing but "Show Recent Activity" at the bottom left of Link.
