It used to work a couple of leaks back. Something happened or I changed something. It stopped working on my VZW Z10 and never has worked on my VZW Q10.

Does anybody have any ideas or can point me in the direction of some trouble shooting tips?

Which leak are you on at the moment? The latest 10.1 leak (.4651) seems to have some issues with RFA for certain people, myself included.

This will mean nothing to you, but I am on 10.2.0.483 as well, BUT my PC Browser is working fine.

I'm on AT&T official Q10SQN100-1/10.1.0.2121 and it works great for me. Periodically I have to sign out/in of Link but just every month or so depending on how long I go w/o rebooting my PC.

Try deleting the computer from the phone and the phone from the computer, reboot and reattach. If not uninstall link and reinstall. If that doesn't work I'm sorry.

Last night I installed .4633. I've been careful on which leak's I install. On my Z10, I had tried a couple of them after watching and waiting for 3-4 days and reading as many of the comments as I could to form an opinion about how reliable and good the leak was.

On my Q10, I was running the stock Verizon 10.1 OS until 4633 last night.

I also have an AT&T STL100-3 on OS 10.1.0.2074 and BBLink offers RFA when I signed in with the right BBID. It offers RFA, but it doesn't work either. I guess I'll remove BB Link and try the newest version.

Okay, I checked and I had an older version of BB Link. I had 1.1.1.26 instead of BlackBerry Link v1.1.1.32. Once I uninstalled the older one and installed the newest one and rebooted my Q10, RFA worked. Then I signed in with my AT&T BBID and then my ATT Z10 worked too, quite well.

So - Mystery solved, only issue is that I want to have both phones (using different BlackBerry IDs) access the same computer, but that won't work. You have to be logged into your BlackBerry ID in BB Link.

My Q10 wasn't able to do it until the latest leak, which works now and is great! My opinion is that it is much faster than remote file access on Android. Love how smooth and fast it is on Blackberry. I hope you get yours working again.

I agree with this comment. PC browsing on my S3 was nice, but it is a pleasure on my Z10 now.

I really really really want RFA on my Playbook. It would be so much more useful on a larger screen to be able to open PDFs and such.
