Hey guys! So while using the BlackBerry browser my phone's screen goes black and between a 5-10 second interval it flashes blue.
To recover all I did was restart using the volume buttons.

    Any idea why this happened?

By the way, I'm using 10.3

If it's blue screening, it's about to die.

I'll be waiting for the "z10 won't power on" thread.

Seriously, that's a leaked OS, and even an unfinished low-build one. Don't expect stability, it wasn't meant to be used day-to-day.

    This.

I've lost two Z10's to the blue screen I'd make arrangements for a backup phone.

    No, nothing like that.

The screen went black and every 5 seconds blue would flash on the screen

Why? It most likely has nothing todo with running 10.3? My LE Z10 was fried by my playbook charger running rogers official OS not a leak... it did the blue screen thing 3 different times over the course of two weeks and the 3rd time I couldn't restart it. BlackBerry support said most likely a fried cpu due to non standard charger (all 3 times it happened my Z10 was on my playbook charger.)

My white Z10 was running a leak and did the blue screen off a car charger the first time (again known instances of starting a car while your phone is charging fried the Z10) the second time I got the blue screen I was just using it walking down the street and it blue screened and died.

So all I am doing is giving the OP reasonable warning to have a secondary phone ready in case the same happens to him as if you look this isn't an isolated thing it seems to be some sort of flaw with the Z10. If you don't have experience with a blue screen on BlackBerry 10 you don't know what you're talking about some of us actually have experienced it.

People have experienced blue screen over ram or registry issues as well so the apparent ram issue with the 10.3 leak is a possibility (maybe even the most likely) but still worth mentioning that it could be something more serious particularly if any faulty chargers are in play

My first (of 3) Z10 was fried when I was using maps to get to another location and I noticed my phone was quiet. I looked down and it was rebooting. Next thing you know it turned blue and faded into black. 2nd Z10 just faded into black while I was in a BBM conversation running the new 10.3 BBM. On my 3rd *knocks on wood*

Long story short, your phone will die soon. Get a replacement from your carrier and tell them it's flashing blue screen.

I lost two Z10's to the blue screen. Both were killed by a PlayBook charger. My third blue screened on a PlayBook charger as well so no more PlayBook chargers for me. I completely love the phone though.

I have had the blue screen on and off for about a year, now. Once when it was doing it like once a day, I removed an app (came from bberry world but a ported android) and that stopped it. Now I get it maybe once a week. Usually while texting. I'm going to go through the phone this week and pull one app at a time and see what I can sort. But my response to the blue screen is to do nothing and the phone has always just rebooted itself. (I use stock charger and, when in car, only use car charger to charge spare battery).

I had the blue screen. It only happened the once but I now have "The SIM card is from an unknown source" error (despite me removing the SIM card) and it won't even let me do emergency phone calls. It's a Limited Edition so I can't even go back to a carrier. So I don't know what to do. I'm assuming it is a hardware issue, not a software corruption issue, - but I don't know how to get it repaired (or what to repair).
