It's not getting past 20% on the loading, I've restarted the phone (took out the battery) and started again but it still doesn't go past 20% help

Just to say that I tried to install this on my STL-100-2 and it never made it past 99% on the loading screen (after 3 hours!) so I guess it won't work for some of us - it's an early OS, unsupported, after all...

The Thing you need to do is take off your q10's battery and launch autoloader, then insert your battery on q10 and connect q10 via usb.
    This method will be works!!
    Good luck bro!!!!

    Simple solutions:

    1. Get the latest autoloader for Q10 make sure you got the right one. 10.2.0.xxx should be good enough
    2. Turn off your Q10 (make sure its off)
    3. Run the Autoloader until waiting for device
    4. Plugin your Q10 to your PC in off conditions
    5. Its should now load the right OS and it should revive your Q10 back.

So how do I make sure it is off? I hold down the power button and it goes into a yellowish red led then goes right back to blinking red

Yeah, tell the battery that you are dumping it as the spark is gone, and it's always trying to be in charge!

Seriously, the poster has limited English. Don't insult, just fill in the blanks... the poster meant "insert the battery".

Just take the battery out, insert it again

Run the HYBRID autoloader & plug your phone in while it's off

    If that's not working

Go to BlackBerry Link/Desktop factory reset your phone & try to load the leak again by having the phone turned off & ready to be plugged in immediately after running the HYBRID autoloader
If you have a password you should know to enter it subsequently then patiently wait

Take out your battery and run any old autoloader
After it is done, put back the battery

The original 1st post w/ the original mega link that I downloaded I don't see
Probably because it was the 1st 10.3 Q hybrid leak link
It took about 7 hours to download so the original creator of the thread who wrote the 1st post most likely sees every1 else's mirror posts as a upside due to speed advances though I guess so sorry I can't provide the megalink I used as the windows computer I used is not in my possession therefore I cannot review my tracks & share the link from my history but here's the thread w/ many links http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?t=930809

It's BlackBerry secure feature. If you have PIN set on SIM device won't load up. Have this problem (or "feature") since 10.1. It's documented and still not fixed.

I don't know. But we told you not to do it, but you still did. It's sorta hard for us to tell you anything without seeing the phone now. It's hard to troubleshoot because I have no idea what is actually going on with the device or how you are plugging and trying to install an OS. It seems you aren't very good at following suggestions since I suggested to you how to fix your device.
For sure, I'm certain that no carrier will take your device and repair it without a fee. It's definitely something you did that is not covered by warranty.
I certainly do not have the patience to troubleshoot with you, and I doubt others will have the patience, knowledge or time. Maybe it's a live and learn experience to take people's opinion into account especially when more than 5 people consecutively tell you not to do it. You did state that you were responsible for anything that happens to your phone, so I guess you're responsible for this brick.
