For the past couple of leaks I've been having an issue with a Z10 STL 100-2 that shows the following error message whenever an android app is opened:

"unfortunately, the process android.process.acore has stopped."

Currently on the latest leak 10.3.1.1154 and still the same thing.

Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it? Redoing the sachesi updates doesn't seem to help.

Before anyone states that I'm complaining about a leak, I'm not, I'm simply seeking a bit of help.

Did you restore BlackBerry Runtime from Link or non-destructive update from 10.3 or 10.2 ? If you do, the runtime might be corrupted.

I've always updated using the non destructive method. I've done it on other phones too without this issue coming up. I guess it could be the cause of the issue tho.

After autoloading, let phone settle for 2 hours before trying to run apps...indexing is going on...

I think you're right. I left it for a few hours and it appears to be working fine now.

    Thanks
