Tried to load .1925 on a friends Q10, and all was fine.. it loaded on and was going to skip thru the setup and it gets stuck on SIM initializing. It never did anything and started to reboot, could never get past the initial setup and when trying to complete it, it would eventually just restart.

get stuck on the logo a lot, then say 100%. It would finally load up but get stuck again on the set up. or reboot when trying to complete the setup. Blackberry Link wont read it, because it would say set-up needs to be completed. So I cant just reload device software.

Looking for some advice on what steps to take to get it back up and running, as its not my phone... and when I loaded the OS on my Q10 I didn't have any problems, everything works perfectly.

I did a backup on it before trying to load, but im unable to restore with it in this state. any suggestions?

Re-run the auto loader sounds like a botched install. Same thing happened to me before with a z-10

Is it generally safe to just try and re-run the autoloader at this point? It would be one thing if It was my phone, wouldn't care what happened to it... but when it's someone else's phone, it doesn't leave a very good feeling in your stomach when it go's wrong.

Zocster- I don't think this is a good time for me to try and split the OS, I've never used sachesi before and It's probably not the best time to start experimenting with it

Try disabling the SIM pin..if it's enabled.
