I am trying to use the Print To Go app between my computer (Windows 8.1 with Bing) and my BlackBerry Q10 SQN100-3/10.3.0.1052.

Every time I clicked print on the computer, it would open up a Print To Go window then display a generic cannot connect to the Internet (and I can connect to the Internet).

Does anyone know what to do?

I can print directly to my networked printer using Print Hammermill. It's a free android app that doesn't make you buy anything else to print.

Sorry, I'd rather use BlackBerry Native applications where possible

So what do I do? Downgrade the app? Downgrade the OS?

Print To Go is not a "printing app" READ WHAT IT IS FOR. I'll help you out here...it is a "FILE TRANSFER APP"...it only transfers a file. It does not print. Very misleading name of app.

Ditto. I really loved and used this app. But lately it hasn't been working (Windows 7 & 8.1) so I've given up a while ago.

I have no problem with it on Windows 7. I've not tried it on 8.1; I refuse to load it on my machine, and my kid doesn't have a BlackBerry.

I use it a LOT too.

Kind of sad...release date for "Print To Go" from BlackBerry Limited is Sept 26, 2013! Almost a YEAR ago... ... (Maybe it needs an update?)

It just would have been very useful for University. Do work using my Tablet as a screen then use my Q10 to type by using Bridge. Then use Print to Go to send the file to the computer, I can't seem to find OneDrive for the PlayBook

One of the biggest advantages of PtoG is that it is in fact an Adobe PDF converter as well; your print job is converted to a PDF and then sent, so once you have it on the phone you can forward it anywhere (e.g. via email, etc) seamlessly.

I remember having the same problem when I had my z10...the error was that I misinterpreted a zero for an O in the pin, that is why it was not working for me

I was able to fix the login screen issue with ptg by enabling ssl 2.0 in IE, but it now errors out while trying to send the file to the phone asking me to ensure the device is connected to the internet. No solution in sight...
